I was visiting Beaufort for 2 months, and we maintained our program long after I went back to Michigan. Super communicative and individualized for YOUR needs. This is best for very driven, committed people, but anyone can do it! Worth every cent!

I wanted to improve my overall health and picked EarthFit as my gym of choice. I didnt want to injure myself and the staff makes sure that Im doing everything correctly. I was worried about how group training would work and I get nearly as much attention as I would doing one on one.
