First my truck looked phenomenal after the wash and this is the shortest full service car wash (start to finish) that I have encountered! Second the staff was amazing! I had my dogs with me (last minute random decision on a Saturday afternoon) and the first guy rushed over when he noticed them in line to give them each a treat... He was also very personable, which is rare for a car wash! Then we got to the start of the actual wash (after the bug and window prewash) and the gal working also noticed and treated the pups as well!

I have a monthly basic unlimited pass. The staff is excellent in prepping car and guiding drivers onto track. They show no expectation of a tip so I ALWAYS try to be generous. I believe I have unlimited use of vacuum (I WANT to do myself). I just heard they may have started floor mat washing. Quick and easy and beautiful after the basic service. I’m 71. Best car wash ever.

I found the staff extremely helpful and patient. I loved the easy access to the vacuums and abundant clean microfiber towels to dry my car and clean the inside of the windows. My car was clean at a reasonable price in a very short amount of time. It was perfect. I recommend this business without reservation.

Have so enjoyed this car wash. Their automatic system works so well plus the vacuuming station is fantastic. Haven’t tried the mat cleaner yet, but that’s next on the list. Have signed up for their monthly plan as it provides great value. Would highly recommend using them.

The vacuums are powerful; there are always enough clean towels and spray cleaner AND I LOVE the new mat cleaner. It is the best! And the service is top-notch and folks are friendly and always asking what else they can do for you.

If you hadnt gone to this car wash in Beaufort I recommend you try it. The service is the best. Not once have I gone there and not been treated with a smile, also, very polite. I have fairly new paint on my car and when I come out the other side I need to do nothing more than drive away because there soap washes all the dirt off, there waxes leave a beautiful shine that by the way bugs dont stay stuck to to easy and the spotless rinse is just that... the owners are some of the nicest people you can interact with.

Im really happy with the service at this car wash. Every other car wash Ive been to in our area, the rear windshield is always dirty afterwards. I visited eXPRESS Lane last Thursday, February 4th. The attendant paid excellent detail in getting the spots the automatic wash usually misses clean. He then took it a step further by wiping down the exterior of my windows afterwards. Ill be sure to bring cash the next time I visit because this man definitely earned a tip.

I paid for the gold wash expecting a clean car afterwards. I ended up still having soap on my car when I left. I went home to finish rinsing it off and realized there was still so many spots missed. The back end and the rails under my doors were as if they were never touched. $16 is too much to be charged to still drive away with a dirty car.

I got one of the best car washes here. I was very surprised. Fast, efficient and does the job.

Had been traveling for a month and the car was full of bug guts. Came to Beaufort got COVERED in pollen. Didn’t have time to stop by vacuum for inside clean or a towel dry. A few minutes on the road, all dry NO SPOTS! Very professional from pay station to guiding into the wash. The staff will put a smile on your face.

This car wash is fantastic! The staff of super friendly and on top of things! I am assuming the owner is the Gentleman that is always there checking the equipment and asking if you need help with anything! He is super awesome! The vacuums are free with any car wash, they have microfiber rags for you to use, they just recently put bottles of window cleaner at every vacuum station, they give your car a quick scrub before you go through the car wash, and it’s super convenient! I will keep my monthly subscription for sure! Keep up the good work!

I dont normally go to these types of car washes where the brushes spins and touches your car due to a previous bad experience at a different place. (The brush was not cleaned and caused bad scratches to my car and others vehicles as well) but since this place is new and the brushes looked clean I gave it a try. The setup of the place is poorly designed with vacuums first, then the wash, and really isnt set up to re-enter the vacuum area as you are directed back onto the main road. To me this is odd since you are generally given a towel and a chance to towel dry following your wash, this is not really an option here unless you decide to drive the wrong way, which could be a problem if it is busy. I was told the vacuums were free but did not use them. If you plan on it, use them first. The wash was fine and cleaned my car well. When I went through I was given instructions on putting my car into neural and keeping my hands off the wheels but nothing about my mirrors. They didnt fold them in and since I dont normally do washes like this, I didnt know to do that. I have since been told by multiple people to do this. The plastic covering of my drivers side mirror came off in the middle of the car wash and both of my mirrors were flipped completely backwards by the brushes. Luckily there was no damage and the woman attending the wash did go inside and retrieved the plastic covering, which was intact, and I was able to reattach it.

It left so much soil on my truck. In the bed of the truck looked untouched. And we paid the premium amount for the wash. Never again.

I had gone into the carwash before work one morning and when I got out and looked at my car there was big scratches on the side. I contacted the owner and explained the situation, the cameras were checked and you could clearly see the scratches coming out of the car wash that were not in there when entering. I was told it was just the glare and they were not scratches. I was also told I could come in and check the cameras with them and when I arrived suddenly they were not available anymore the same day. It was not taken seriously and I was never contacted back after this to be able to see....

The attendant took the time to do the pre-wash and did a bit of scrubbing and ot came out the other side looking like a million bucks.Will I be back? Hell yea.Nice job.
