These guys are awesome. Went above and beyond, the person working there helped me get all the junk out of the bed of my truck before I went through the wash, and was happy to be helpful. So great to see people that care about their jobs.

I found the employees at Colonel Clean to have outstanding customer service skills. Today I was able to meet and talk to the owner. The property itself is clean and well kept that itself puts my mind at ease when running my vehicle through the car wash. Of course all these things are to be expected seeing the owner is a Retired Marine Corps Colonel. Semper Fi, thank you for your service.

This is the best car wash around! For $10, I got a better wash than the $20+ I’ve spent elsewhere at Bluffton car washes. They are SO friendly and professional! I haven’t met anyone there that hasn’t had a smile on their face or hasn’t been hospitable. On Memorial Day, my car wash was free. I has and will continue to be my go to carwash. I hope later they expand to more interior detailing.

Just not a good wash. Didnt clean my rims very well, still spots on my hood. The bug prep was a quick squirt that will do absolutely nothing without a brush,sponge, or bug sponge to assist it. Express lane next door is far superior. I figured I would give that one a try, NEVER AGAIN. Basically a waste of $20.

They close 15 minutes early. I have went three times quarter to 8 and they have cones up and won’t wash my truck. Three times the wash system broke. Once I was half way through. They do not offer extra services, hand dry, interior detail or window cleaning for the same price I received an interior detail at a similar establishment.

Honestly the wash isnt great. I dont think any Auto one is tbh. My car came out with spots everywhere from front to back. The bumper was horrible. Something like that should be thought of in the design process of the wash, or pre washed before entering. Scratches too were added of course on my black accents. I do like the vacuums, however they are sparing on the towels. I personally wont be returning as I can wash my car for incredibly cheaper than the premium wash I purchased here. At the end of the day though, the customer service is friendly, and the employees are good people. Try it for yourself!

Far better than the mom and pop one next door. Better overall experience, more thorough cleaning for the same price. Will definitely use them as my go to for my Mercedes GLK 350.

Great new car wash! Took my Civic through the other day and it came out clean as a whistle. I like that they use pressure nozzles and tire brushes efore you go through the wash. They hit up any problem spots, and attendants ask if there is anything to pay special attention to. For the money if say very worth it. Just keep in mind it is rather hairy turning in unless your coming from Zaxbys direction and turning right. As usual with automatic car washes, be careful of any spoilers, fairings or door visors/bug guards. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, inconsistent service, monthly supposed to have bug prep.They would do much better with using brushes pre-wash.Would help if the second lane was open for monthly members to by-pass, likely would encourage more memberships.Also could use a mechanical washing floor mat machine.Im sure this place will be in the groove very soon.

First time to the car wash and the person who normally sprays the front of the car was busy talking to other employees so it didnt even get the bug guts off the front and I tried to go back through to remove them with no help. Ended up coming home and using a little bit of elbow grease.

Went thru the carwash and car still had bugs all over the front end and windshield. Complained and they rewashed it using degreaser and a sponge. If we hadnt complained they would have taken out money and left it dirty. Wont go back.

Giving 5 stars because it was free. If I would have paid, 3 stars but their equipment is probably not calibrated correctly. The tire shine ended up all over the rim, I have a lower car so more on the body of the car. Have a membership with tidal wave and their cheaper wash was better than the Colonel’s higher price wash and I say that due to the rims being dirty still and slot of water left on the car. I would try them again later down the road but for now I wasn’t impressed.

The detailer air hoses are a great touch.

Not a bad wash but the what blew it for me was they only have one dirty cleaning cloth to clean your windows at each bay. Come on! Had to clean up everything the cloth touched at home. I plan to cancel my membership and stick with Tidal Wave.

Card payment wouldn’t work. Employees didn’t notice because they were playing around. Machine paused mid wash. Didn’t wash all soap off. Wash didn’t get car clean.
