After having a terrible experience with another local company and spending over 7000 dollars to have a new unit installed we were so unhappy with the experience and service. BUT.... Low Country Air Solutions has restored our faith in a company. They responded immediately and within 4 hours had Brian and Tony arrive and fix everything !!!!! They found numerous things that were done incorrectly by the last company. We now have a a/c unit that is working perfectly and we could not be happier. Jason was recommended by the owner of the company installing our pool. Because of the pool, I had to have an AC unit moved. I got 2 quotes. Jason’s quote was 50 percent lower than the other guy ( who we have used for the last 4 years). He was also TWICE as professional. Can’t say how nice it is to have a dependable, professional A/C guy you can TRUST! I have since signed a service contract and have met 3 other members of Jason’s team who are equally professional. Being a bit of a skeptic by nature, it is very refreshing to have an A/C guy clean and check all 4 units and tell me everything is working as planned and they have no recommended upgrades.I recommend this company without reservation.

I cant say enough good things about the service I received from Lowcountry Air Solutions! I called the company that originally installed the unit not long ago and was given a schedule time 3 days away. I called Lowcountry and was told that they could have someone out that evening between 4:30 & 6. I had a tech knocking on my door less than 15 mins later! Josh, our technician was amazing. So professional and friendly despite having to come as his day should have been coming to a close. He did a quick diagnostic and was able to determine what the problem was (and that it was still under warranty) and in no time we had cold air again! He also made recommendations about the filter for the system that the installing company never even brought to our attention. From the front desk to the field they cannot be beat! I will recommend them to everyone!

I have been searching for years to find a reliable and honest ac servicer. I was referred by the only guy in town I trusted because he just doesn’t have the time which I completely understand, he told me I was in great hands and man was that a understatement. In a world where service and honesty is hard to find, I can tell you the buck stops here. I called at 5pm on a Tuesday and he was out after hours and at my house by 6pm. I was in a panic and had many questions and he repeatedly gave me facts and talked me into not thinking the worst and that we would figure it all out in time, I was more than willing to do a leak test but Jason recommended not going to that extreme so fast. He could have easily said sure but instead wanted to save me money if possible. I don’t remember a time that I have been more impressed by one individual or a company. I like to think the company I work for is great in regards to service but Jason takes it up a notch! Jason was immensely knowledgeable and helpful in replacing my HVAC system that was over 25 years old. He walked me through the process and carefully explained each aspect so that I had a full understanding of what would be needed. Once we agreed upon a new system, he was extremely quick in getting everything ordered and the new system fully installed in a day and a half. Could not be happier with the finished product and our monthly energy savings are even greater than what I had anticipated. Would unquestionably recommend this company for any HVAC issues that you might have.
