The Carolina Air representative, Matt, took the time to answer all of my questions. He also took the time to explain different options to my questions. He was very efficient, thorough, and polite. I would highly recommend them for your A/C needs.

Might I suggest to take truck number 57, and make the numbers larger, and put them on the door. This will allow him to properly compete in a nascar race. This is the way he behaved in traffic yesterday. Tailgating, speeding, and nascar style lane changes, these things are not ok on Beaufort county roads. I had my newborn twins, 13yo,and wife in the car at the time. Highly unprofessional. Fix your road rage problem before it gets you sued JT.

Thank you to Carolina Air-it was 92 degrees in our house on Fripp and although one air company came out and told us it would be 5 weeks till they could fix the air by redoing the duct work, Carolina air came out the next day and fixed the fan motor and we are running perfect and 72 degrees! So, duct work and fan motor is two different things and I am so thankful to Carolina Air for all their help and truthfulness!

The previous owners of my house used this company when I was a renter (for many years) and they were always very good, so i decided to keep them when i purchased the home from them. I have a yearly hvac contract, they come out two times a yr. and one emergency. I did have one emergency in which they responded fast and efficiently. I have had only good experiences. I have this one tech that they have been sending consistently that stands out by the name of tyrik (not sure of spelling) he is always on time , thorough, always answers questions, knowledgeable, pleasant, and never leaves any mess.!! Matt, the usual service tech for us, was right on time as always for the semi-annual service of our HVAC systems. He completely checked all 3 systems. He was professional and friendly. Our systems seldom give us a problem since they are serviced twice a year. When a problem does present itself, Carolina Air is prompt in responding.

Carolina Airs technicians have always been excellent and have helped diagnose and repair a variety of problems. Recent service visit was to replace a faulty motor that drives a bypass damper in an air handler. Rick, the service tech, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced it. They may not be the cheapest HVAC outfit around, but they are professional and thorough, which is worth a bit of a premium for the peace of mind it gives us.

We called Carolina Air for some condensation on several vents as well as an A/C check-up. They were very responsive to come out and informative to why we were having issues. We decided to opt for an annual contract and trust Carolina Air to be our A/C experts.

I continue to have my expectations exceeded. Every time I have dealt with anyone at Carolina Air they have always been extremely professional. Recently, our heat unexpectedly went out. The team at Carolina Air could not have been more responsive and was able to have our unit back up and running very quickly at a reasonable cost. Their service contract is worth its weight in gold even if you dont ever use it.

Carolina Air has a very professional staff that goes out of their way to do things right, make things right, and do the right things for the right reasons. I cant say enough for what they have done for us to get a system working that was not previously performing as it should.

Carolina Air replaced our decrepit old air conditioner with a new system. The techs were on-time, friendly, and kept our house clean. The new unit runs much quieter and our energy bill is significantly lower. Very pleased with the quality of service!

I was experiencing some issues and requested a diagnostic call. They were about $10 more than other places, but the lady I talked to on the phone (Sarah) was very nice when I was asking for the prices of various services and products offered which is why I decided to go with them. It was definitely worth the extra $10. I was VERY impressed by the level of customer service, and I will definitely be calling them back for a spring tune up.They were able to send a tech (Todd) out same day, and he was very knowledgeable. I grew up about 2 hours south of Canada, so I never had AC until I moved down here. I asked Todd about maintenance tips, and he went above and beyond by showing me various things I could do improve air flow and extend the life of our AC unit. Ive spent plenty of time on google looking at AC maintenance sites, but Todd was able to show me some easier methods of cleaning the various components of the unit and other tips were not found on the internet.Overall, it was a great experience. I will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Absolutely pleased with the exceptional service. We just had Carolina Air replace one of our HVAC units. Unfortunately, the new system experienced a few manufacturer related hiccups shortly after installation. Carolina Air completely stood behind their products and service and immediately responded by replacing the unit with a brand new system. It is one thing to read the great reviews but quite another to experience it firsthand. Thanks to Carolina Air for another great service experience.

Amended 3/18: We have used this company for a decade now. Unfortunately, if you are not a contract customer, they make you wait 2-3 weeks even with complete outage of system. Now we are forced to go somewhere else for help.I use Carolina Air for our small business and at home. They always try to get onsite fast and are very professional. I wouldnt say the prices are cheap, but they are definitely very reasonable. Overall, theyve been an extremely reliable company to deal with.

My company, Seaside Residential Management (previously Seaside Getaways) is a property management firm in Beaufort. We encourage all of our owners to sign service agreements with Carolina Air. When the units are serviced, we can proactively handle maintenance or repair issues with the units avoiding emergency calls. This protects our homeowner while simultaneously making our job easier. I like the reports that come back (when requested) with pictures of the units. We can then compare year to year the condition of the units and keep our owners abreast of life expectancy.When there is a problem, we can always count on Carolina Air to come out quickly and solve the problem to get our guests comfortable again. Service technician was personable, thorough, and informative.

We had a new Install from Carolina air. The price was significantly higher then another quote that we received. We heard good things about them though and wanted a quality service. Unfortunately 7 months after install the drain clogged and leaked water over our new laminate flooring ruinning the flooring. The clog detection device was not properly installed and did not turn off the AC unit. I called the company but they said it wasnt their fault but they could send someone out to look at it for 120 bucks. Unless you have waterproof flooring I would go with another company that backs up their work.

Pls guys be careful they are cheaters and they charge you double . Also they charge you more than what the invoice say.
