The shop is fully compliant with all the Covid-19 guidelines. Shop is clean and safe. They take your temperature upon entering the shop. They line the bowels with plastic, and they wear glove and mask. Everyone is very professional, they mark your social distancing spots. The Shop has a lovely decor and a television. The service was quick and they took us in almost right at our appointment time. The pice was comparable.

Its a fine place to get your nails done. If youve never had the dip nails done theyre really very good. You dont have to use UV lights for them to dry and they dry very quickly. They last on your nails a long time. Mine grew out with my nails and never chipped or peeled. I had them on for 4 weeks, then had them taken off.

UPDATESUPDATE!! 7/23After sitting in the tub 30 minutes with no bubbles or soap I get my pedi. It took 2 hours to do it. I notice that the person I made my appointment with wasnt there. As the tech was finishing up my feet, I coughed. He asked was I okay and I told him that my sinuses were draining. Upon finishing I was asked to reschedule my nails because I was coughing instead of just saying that the tech wasnt there.Sociald perfection!! I went 2 days in a row (had a doctors appointment) and couldnt get both mani and pedi done. I got the best spa pedi the first day and the next I got a full set and color in 40 minutes. Because of covid19 they want you to make an appointment so that the right about l amount of people and space is accurate.

In the beginning, they were decent. Clean, adequate and reasonably priced. But be careful with who you get for your mani pedi. Some of the nail techs arent really transparent about all the additional fees and extras. And some dont really do a thorough job with the cuticles.

Horrible, awful experience and will not be returning. Got regular manicure by an older male technician. First of all, he was so unpleasant that he made me feel awkward for even being there. He practically sneered at me when I told him that I want a regular manicure not gel. He did a really messy job with the polish- kept on messing up and starting over. Not clean. Ended up looking streaky. Polish was all over my cuticles and he didnt clean it. Cherry on top- when he finishes he starts walking away without offering to carry my jacket and bag to the drying station. I had to ask him. SO RUDE!!!!!!

They charge more if you do not get your nails cut short. I dont know how getting long or short nails should impact the cost of a full set, etc but their prices change depending on nail length. I have never seen that anywhere & they didnt tell us until after we were done...

Was cut with blood drawn FOUR times by a male technician (whose profile was missing from licenses displayed) and was still charged full price for the *worst* gel-manicure I’ve had (and my standards are pretty low).The tech was not able to do the basic components of a manicure and I had to ask for many corrections. End result was a terrible combination of sloppy, painful and unprofessional. The most shameful part though is that no appeasement was offered having been cut multiple times (and the same spot more than once). And when I inquired about being compensated at a lower price all I got was “sorry, full price”. Was charged $40 to be BUTCHERED. Will NEVER be back and I caution others. Go elsewhere!

I came for a pedicure and found out right before she put the polish on, that you have to get spa service in order to get your heel scraped. I couldve painted my own toes. Ive never heard of this

Avoid having the owner do your nails at all cost!! I am truly jealous of the people who have had a good experience here because mine was terrible. I used to go when the man owned it and they provided a good service. I recently went and got a mani pedi. The man during the manicure was anything but friendly.My nail tips were jagged after he filed I asked him to make them less rough and he took off more length and didnt do what I asked. The nails look like my niece could have done them. They also chipped a mere 2 days after I had them done! Then I got my pedi and the owner herself did it. She was even worse! Gave my feet barely any attention she was looking all over the place making calls getting up and leaving. I chose the spa and she rubbed my feet and legs a few minutes while the person next to me had a man that truly gave a long and what it looked like good massage. Another employee looked at me sympathetically but said they cant say anything to her about her poor job because she is the owner. It was such a waste of money. And like the previous person, the guy who did my nails didnt even offer to carry my purse or jacket after he did my nails and I had to leave the seat! And my nails were obviously not dry yet. What a shame.Money and time thrown away and my nails do not look good at all. I would discourage anyone from going there unless they have a regular person who does their nails there and who they trust.

Im surprised to see such poor reviews. I have been going there for 5+ years. I have only gotten regular manis & pedis. They have always looked great. My daughter has gotten acrylics a few times, and she was happy with them. Everyone has always been friendly and professional. Eugina does a great eyebrow wax. If you call ahead, they can always fit you in. The place is always busy with lots of repeat customers. They must be doing something right! And, the price list is on the wall near the front door.

I love the color of the polish, however after paying $90 for a shellac manicure and shellac pedicure and having it start to chop on my hands 5 days later is a problem for me. I will not be returning to this shop ever!
