6th day after service done, thought it will last longer. Today is the 9th day and one hand doesnt have coating at all. Very low quality of service.

Ive been going to see Kelly here for a while. Always a great cut and the front desk and other staff are friendly.

At least my 5th time cutting my hair hare, all 4 times regardless of the stylist my hair cut was 26 dollars. When i arrived , i was assigned to a stylist which was nice, upon finishing and ready to pay, the receptionist told me my fee was 40 dollars. I was shocked, indicated no one told me this and this is not my 1st time and all my previous sessions were for 26. Just surprised by the level of professionalism.

I have to totally disagree with the bad reviews. I had an awesome experience! I got the best haircut I have ever gotten. Leanne was fantastic, professional, kind, and polite! Lo was very sweet and wonderful personality! 5 STAR EXPERIENCE for me! Thank you ladies!!!!!

Very nice girls there . Im a guy but I have lots of hair. I dont know hair lingo but Ava has been very helpful and done a great job and very helpful every time. Also great attitude always.

I travel a lot and went to get my hair done by stylist Alyssa. She was phenomenal! My hair still looks great 3 months post hair cut and now I travel up to beachwood from West Virginia just to get my hair done! She does the best color and cut I’ve had in my whole life! The service is worth the miles!

I was just recently at Dino Palmieri! Karen at the front desk is always pleasant! Melissa my stylist is always on her A Game couldnt be more pleased with the service received their every time I go! If you dont like this Salon theres something wrong its the best!

Ive been going to Lana for cuts and highlights for over 15 years. I am welcomed very warmly by the front desk staff (especially Karen) and my service from Lana and Angie is excellent every single time. Would not go anywhere else!

I had a fabulous experience from start to finish. Natasha was my stylist and was unbelievable! Angie did my nails and did a fabulous job. I could not say enough good things about Dino Palmeris!

Unfortunately this time around very disappointed. Went in with wanting platinum blond highlights with a base lift- nope got gold. After sitting for 4 hours my back and neck wasn’t feeling to comfortable. She tried to retouch which I apparently got charged for because my bill was way higher then the last time for almost the same services. I sat and watched others go in and out of others chairs doing colors like musical chairs and I’m a sitting duck. I knew she was wanting to get on with next customer because it was getting close to her time to leave so I took the loss today. Have to find somewhere to correct this. I do have to say she is a very nice lady I do appreciate her at least trying. Needless to say somehow I do have some magenta left in hair? Idk 11:50- 3:50 time it took no haircut either

Disappointed by the front desk after being a regular costumer for two years.I used to set up my appointment a head of time after each hair cut with the same stylist (Melissa Carpenter), typically three weeks, but unfortunately this month the front desk didn’t keep my appointment as it is:-appointment changed with out notification.-called and scheduled a new appointment to show up and to be told “You scheduled the appointment a day prior and you didn’t show up”-no corporation or help to reschedule at alternative time.-called to ask for a walk in with my stylist, to show up and find I have been set up with a different stylist and yet to be “semi” bashed about it with harsh tone as if it is my mistake.The above cost me time, I don’t have the patiently to go through it again with the current front desk personal.I hope This is a minor set back which I hope it will not last as the have a wonderful staff.Thank you for the past two years.

As I am a former Hair Stylist, I know what above and beyond customer service is. Kelly went above and beyond for me. She took me from an ombre to all over red hair color. Though she used bleach on my hair she used Olaplex to make sure my hair was not damaged. She stayed late just to finish my hair and that made me feel truly valued as a client. Along with Kelly, a few other stylists helper her out to make sure my processing went smoothly. I loved seeing the team work that went into my hair transformation, its definitely not something that you see in every salon. I would highly recommend any of the girls at Beachwood.

Everyone at the salon is always polite and welcoming. Ive personally been going to Janine for the past 8 years. She ALWAYS does an amazing job on cut and color. Cant imagine going anyone else to get my hair done.

Horrible lighting, but Daniela is the best! Got a great cut and highlights and my son also got a great cut.

WOW! What a wonderful experience I had at Dino Palmeri in Beachwood Mall. My stylist was Holly, she was super friendly and knew EXACTLY what I wanted, even when I wasnt sure. My normal hair stylist from another salon was booked, so on a whim I decided to call Dino Palmeri. They were able to get me into a same day appointment, and my hair came out excellent! I even decided to book an second appointment back with Holly!

They did a great job on my hair but kept adding services and never mentioned anything about price until I was finished. Then after I left I got a call telling me to come back because they forgot to charge me for other services! I was told if I dont come back that they would charge the stylist and that wouldnt be fair to her! Really?!?!?! The salon should have absorbed those prices since I already left. Now they have lost me as an ongoing customer as well as my referrals. Too bad.

I got my eyelashes done from an employee there and now I am missing chunks of my eyelashes. Other friends who have gone to her have had to get them professionally removed and every person removing has told them it was not done correctly. When I SHOWED her my eye and explained my anger she told me it was not her issue and it was the glue. The same thing she told someome else with the issue. She was very unapologetic. But now im missing my natural lashes which will take months to come back. Save your eyelashes do not go to Noor.

I used to go to Beachwood regularly. Jessica was one of my favorites. But the only thing with Jessica she lost a lot of weight then she became very stuck up very rude. I was not there for her personality. Because she used to do my hair good but the only thing is she use to cut too much. So I had a 50% off card I went and redeemed it through another person at the salon I got like $500 work done to my hair and they would NOT redeem it and the lady the manager the old lady trying to act and look young (please) that sits upfront very rude very hateful. Then there was also a Russian woman barely speak Englishthat works there and they were ganging up on me for no reason theyre telling me because they couldnt redeem the card because I did not go to Jessica. It did not say that on the card. 50% off. Jessica did not say one word to help me The situation .So I would tell you not to go there , very hateful, very rude n way to stuck up for people looking like hillbillies and theyre thinking there trying to make them self look better with 10 pounds of make up nice hairdos and clean clothes. Bad place Do not go there.

I got the worst haircut of my life there :)

My wife use to be a regular close to a year at the hair salon inside the beechwood mall,until they made my wifes hair, way different color. Her name is Holly, n Jessica she has been to on many occasions, ok we understand that happens, she agreed her fault, n gave my wife a complementary color correct for the next time my wife goes back. Cut the long story short, when my wife went back with the complementary hair process it came up to $400 and they do not want to accept the card by only giving 30% off. My wife was furious. The manager is Extremely rude. Jessica is ok to color hair, but DONOT have her cut your hair. She does what she wants. You tell her 1 inch she cuts three inches. Happened more then one visit. My personally opinion do not go to the salon into Beachwood mall very rude and snotty hateful people. All other Dino salons my wife went to our much nicer

Worst place ever! Gave them too many chances but only things get worse
