I have been renting a storage unit at this location since 2016. The wonderful staff of Jeannie and Charlotte have been very knowledgeable, supportive and helpful over these years. Thank you ladies for everything. BTW, my unit did not flood or suffer any wind damage during our hurricane. In fact I never checked on my unit till recently when I selected to close my unit. Thank you all.

Watson & Taylor self storage is very affordable. I love the location and the employees are very friendly. Any questions you might have they answer them they are very helpful. This is a great self-storage company.

The folks that run W&T are very nice. They ran the facility when I had a unit there years ago. Thats the main reason I went back to use them. Service is still very good.I would recommend them to anyone looking to use a self-storage in the Baytown area.D.

My experience with watson&taylor self-storage has been great. The staff are very friendly and the storage prices are affordable.

The Prosper are very sweet and efficient managers, they are always very helpfull. It is a friendly enviroment. The property is well maintained. I feel safe keeping my stuff there and feel safe going in my unit.

We complain about the water pooling on the floor and it was recommended we buy something to put on the floor. So we opted to leave. Paid a month and the administration fee for an unsuitable place we couldnt even store our items.
