Russell Morgan was such a helpful employee. Greeted me as soon as I walked in, asked what I was looking for. Gave me the rates and showed me exactly what I would be getting. 10/10 recommend. Process was so easy and the area feels exceptionally safe.

This is the first time I needed to rent a storage unit. Russell was very informative and explained the entire process. He also took the time to drive me around the facility to see the different units. one thing that totally stood out to me was their professionalism on keeping this place clean and organized, which convinced me this was the right place.

We have had 2 Units for a few years now. We r very pleased with the personnel & the facility. The only complaint that we have is, some times the Cargo Carts r not there. Being I dont get around well, its hard for me to go hunting one down. Im not sure how this could b remedied, but it would b nice if 1 was always left at the entry doors.

This facility is hands down the best place I’ve ever kept my items stored at. It’s always secure (they have a lot of security cameras) , clean, and Russell at the desk is the most welcoming person, he keeps the facility very clean, the office is always clean and even the bathroom is as clean as buc-ees and that says A LOT about a place. I’ve never had an issue here for the last two years I’ve stored here. They have U-Haul rentals and they even have a company moving truck you can use for your move in. My sister in law & brother rented a storage from this place and most of their things were stolen out of their interior climate controlled storage. They don’t offer cameras on the inside of the storage units. The outside cameras are very poor quality. I highly suggest you think twice before you store your belongings here. Find a more reputable company for your storage needs.

One of the best storage facilities I have ever used. Was co clean and easy to get in and out of. Customer service was outstanding. Russell was very helpful and did a great job getting me set with a storage unit. Was a great experience all around.

I rented a climate controlled storage unit at this facility in November 2019. Somewhere in between April 3-8 2020 my unit was broken into and I had almost $9,000 worth of electronics and house hold items that were stolen. They say they are not responsible for what was put in their storage facility. I’m thinking it sure must have taken someone a long time to cut my lock off, and carry out multiple boxes, four tv’s, boxes of inherited China, and a lot of other things. Please be aware that their security camera’s are low quality, and they also do not have cameras on the inside of the unit where my locker was located. They only have cameras on the outside and therefore can not prove if someone is taking their things out or someone else’s. I’ve contacted the manager at the location as well as Corporate(Jerome)who by the way hung up on me and have been told they are not responsible for my items and are unwilling to help. Do not rent here if you value your belongings and ever want to see them again. And now there is apparently no footage of the thieves. How convenient.

I visited the storage wanted to store some extra furnishings I was really pleased with the cleanliness of the property especially the bathroom ( pet peeve). I was also very pleased with Mr Morgan his professionalism and determination to make sure we we’re pleased with pricing and adequate spacing.

Having lived a very nomadic lifestyle (military veteran), I have come across more storage facilities than Id care to count. This one is hands down the cleanest, easiest to access, and best maintained facility Ive used.Now, as for the manager, Russel, he was always there 10-15 minutes prior to opening. He never hesitated to assist the customers, and was always smiling. His friendliness, respect, and desire to put the customer first is the main reason I would recommend this facility to friends and family. I will definately return myself, should the need arise.

If I need a unit again in the future, I will definitely rent here.To avoid any confusions / hassles, dont fill out the rental agreement online, fill it out in person at the site.

So it would seem that they have to leave the office often, the two time Ive been there they had one person working and that person was out of the office either getting lunch or showing a unit, I dont mind that but they lock the doors and make the customers wait outside for an unknown amount of time, windy and cold, wait outside, hot humid and sunny, wait outside. I dont like that.

I had no idea where to start! The staff and manager are so helpful and provided me with everything I needed! The unit was clean and my stuff well secured... it just right for my stuff!

I stored my boat there for about 6 months while my boat lift was being finished. The price was good for the area, and the manager, Lori, was very helpful. Easy in and out for my boat, and the unit was huge. I think 50 ft. deep, and plenty wide.

Ive been a customer for two years and I have had great customer service. They check every storage room to make sure they are correctly locked every day which has been great! Beautiful and clean lot throughout, and the security is great too! Ill continue doing business there for sure.

I stored all the possessions we had left after hurricane Harvey left nearly 4 feet of water in our house in Baytown Texas. The facility was exceptionally clean including the warehouse, office and the restroom. Also, it was kept very secure at all times. The Manager, Russell Morgan, was a pleasure to work with. He did all he could to get me the best price and size room for what I needed. Plus he allowed me the use of the large enclosed truck and a dolly to move my goods in. I used this storage for three months and as long as he is in charge, I would be ready to recommend this facility to anyone!!
