I’ve been a patient at Platinum for years now! I work in the dental field myself and I am very picky on who my family and myself see and they meet all my standards and beyond!! From walking in to the waiting room being greeted by the friendly front desk, to the amazing hygienist that does your cleaning, the dental assistant that’s always knowledgeable and can answer any questions, and the best dentists you can see to do the work that needs to get done! I highly recommend this office to anyone that’s looking for the best!

I switched my dentist a few years ago because my wife is a patient at the office. I am so happy I did! Their hours are so accommodating with my work schedule and the staff is very friendly. I drive from out of town just to come to this office and would Recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist or looking to switch to the best.

Platinum Dental group has been wonderful. I took my three children for checkups. The office is very clean ,their precaution against COVID-19 are great. The hygienists and doctor are very nice and informed. The doctor answers any and all questions. They take their time with their patients which is fantastic. You don’t feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this office.

The personnel were great in doing their job with x-rays, billing, and getting me ready for the doctor to assess my cracked tooth. The doctor was great examining and was able to work on the tooth to get pain that I had go away. They were so outstanding that day and was able to give me an appointment next week to fix the tooth. I have been going to platinum dental for a few years now. my daughter actually doesn’t even mind going , the staff is always so nice . The doctors are so great and always make us feel so comfortable.

During my first visit I was impressed with how clean and beautiful the office was and also everyone was very friendly. The cleaning was great until the suction accidentally grabbed a hold of my tonsils. It happen within a second when the hygienist looked away. It was painful for a second and I pulled it out while saying ouch. I didn’t pay much mind to it thinking it was a accident and it will go away. NOPE not at all. In the morning my throat was in excruciating pain and felt like I was suffocating on my tonsils. I called and left a message thinking they’ll get back to me but NOPE. I had to see another dentist as a emergency and was informed that due to the trauma my tonsils are so inflamed and swollen and i had to go see a specialist. Everything would have been fine if they would have just returned my call. I stressed it was a emergency and etc and I literally had to call today to find out they were open this whole time and just disregarded my emergency. This is already horrible service. They just proved if there’s a emergency they won’t get back to you. 2 days later and I still can’t talk much and swallow. Brushing my teeth I feel like my tonsils are flapping all over the place and trying to choke or gag me. I’ll never recommend anyone here... not even my enemy.

I felt the intentional efforts from the doctors and the staff to provide the best dental experience. Their knowledge an experience match the energy an effort, very clean and nicely designed/decorated space. This has been my best dental experience by far, hope they maintain their excellence and keep me smiling 😀

To be honest, when I made my first online appointment, I only thought to do a cleaning since I had not done one for years, but after I visited them I decided to stay with them, despite I did not have health insurance, due to the prices and payment plan , the attention was first class, and I want to take the opportunity to mention that they have the best hygienist I have ever met, in all my life I was always a little scared to visit the dentist because I have very sensitive gums and it was always super painful in the other places I have visited, until I visit this place. I recently moved in and now I am living 1 hour and a half from the place and I dont mind taking that trip every 6 months for my routine visits. thank you very much.

The staff was great. I went in for a teeth cleaning, it took less than an hour. It was a great and pleasant experience. I would definitely go back.

I love them! The assistant is always super sweet and helpful. I’ve seen two different doctors here and they always take the time to explain and show you your xrays for better understanding.

Got my teeth cleaned here and they did an amazing job. I dont have insurance so I was worried bout the cost. But their prices are very affordable. The office is clean and comfortable and the staff at the front were very friendly. The Dentist, Sunny, seems to really care too and spent a while engaging with me. I will definitely be coming back. Wish I had found them sooner.

Platinum dental makes my mom feel like family they are the nicest people and do such great work wouldnt trust my mom and anybody elses hands

They glued in a crown and it cost $178.00 which it extremely high. Usually a dentist will glue a crown back in for nothing or the customary rate of $70.00. This dentist is very expensive and the treatment in the office was extremely poor. They are unwelcoming and just direct questions nothing more. I think they thought they were talking to a dog sit outside, stand here, and sit.

Ive been coming to this dentist office for years. I recently started seeing Dr. Sunny and hes awesome. He makes you feel so relaxed and always makes sure you are as comfortable as can be. Ive never had a dentist that when Im given a needle it doesnt hurt! Id highly recommend this dental practice.

It’s a while since I’ve been in this office. The place is always clean. It was nice to see Dr Dhaliwal. He is always gentle. My teeth cleaning process was so relaxing and painless. The hygienist was so amazingly gentle. She did such a great job.! I would definitely stick with both of them from now on. Highly recommend this place.

Went into get multiple cavities fixed and a cleaning and they did a wonderful job. I didn’t even feel the needle when they put it to give me the anesthesia. The dentist was very attentive to my personal needs and made sure that I didn’t feel any pain during the process and even played my favorite music trance while he operated. Highly recommended, will have my wife stop by this upcoming week also!

Loved my experience. Got to book multiple services in one day, had to wait but totally worth it. Cleaning was deep and noticed a difference same day. Fill ins were painless and the doctor made sure to check in and guide me through the process. I felt 100% empowered to ask as many questions :)

Very clean and professional establishment. I have came here for a basic cleaning and just overly impressed with the service. From the welcoming atmosphere to the sheer professional, friendly staff, I couldnt praise this office enough. Doctors are very knowledgeable and attentive to all of my concerns. The only downside is the parking. Very quite pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this office.

The staff are more like family to me. I’ve very rarely waited when I come in for my appointment. Everyone are so kind and helpful. The doctor makes sure I don’t have any pain in any of my procedures. I always look forward to visiting my dentist. Not many people can say that but I do.

I had a dental emergency during the Covid pandemic, and I am so thankful that Platinum Dental Group was able to help me. Everyone was extremely kind from the first phone call from Nellie to my visit with Luz and Dr. Kilpatrick. I was screened twice before seeing the dentist and my temperature was taken. All of the employees practice consistent hand hygiene and wear proper PPE. I am happy to have found my new dental office.

This 5 star review is long over due. The chairs in this office come complimentary with a ticket to the greatest show on earth. While the entire staff here treats me like more than family Dr. Sunny and the wonderful Debbie are my absolute favorite. Theyll have you showing your new smile the entire time while youre having a great experience and enjoying some jokes. Forget about feeling any pain these are nothing but skilled professionals. I am revising my review! The staff in the office are very professional however the reason why I’ve changed my review to one star is because they don’t offer arranged payment plans if your insurance does not cover. I believe this is crazy for this office not to offer a payment plan to their patients who can not afford it.As soon as I can get the dental work done I am looking for new dental office.

I have never been the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but not once have I questioned the care I received here. Michele is a wonderful dental hygienist. She does a great job providing a calm, laid back environment for the patients in her chair. The new doctors were also very welcoming and eager to meet the patients. Dr. Sunny has a warm, funny personality which really helped ease my nerves. Also, the updates they made to the office look fantastic.

I’m forever grateful to have chosen this place as my dentist. Not only are they extremely clean, professional and prompt, the office is always warm and friendly. The manager Amnerys, is always welcoming and professional. The staff has always made me feel welcomed and I love the goodie bags after a great cleaning! I also enjoy the friendly reminders via text! I recently had a great experience at Platinum Dental. The staff and doctors are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Upon entering the waiting room- you’ll find that the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming - which definitely helped to make a trip to the dentist a more pleasant experience for me.

I love my dentist, I have been seeing him for over 5+ years now. They are always proactively making sure my teeth are taken care of. There is little to no wait times and all the ladies in the front are extremely pleasant.

I have been a loyal customer of this dental practice for almost 15 years. I purchase a Groupon voucher for cleaning and X Rays and it was refused by the office. They said it was fir new customers only, but there was nothing on the Platinum Dental website or the Groupon website citing this restriction. I thus paid $50 for a non refundable coupon that the dentist refused to honor. I feel very disrespected as a long term client and clearly my loyalty carries no weight. The fault was Platinum Dental...they knew about Groupons mistake fir several weeks and made no attempt to fix it by posting the restriction on their own website. Several other clients bought thus coupon and were likewise refused to have it honored. I will be leaving this practice and seek a dentist who values client loyalty over a small amount of money.

The Doctors there are very thorough and their work is exceptional!There have been improvements made since the practice was taken over from Dr. Maita (updated equipment and renovated waiting room) but I’m happy that Dr. Dhaliwahl, Charlotte and the hygienists are all still there. I’ve been very satisfied with the work I’ve had done to date.Wait time is never long and that’s a plus too!
