The woman and gentlemen at the front desk are very sweet, they will try to help you with the best ability that they can, I can tell thats in their spirit! However the dentist, doctor Hussain I believe her name is. I understand she wants the best for her patients, but shes a little too demanding when it comes to telling the customer, or the patient how to go about things. What I mean by that is, if a particular procedure cost a good amount of money like $200 or $300, shes pressing you to do it regardless of how much money you have in your pocket! Lets face reality, today, with this pandemic, especially in a household of one like myself, it is very hard to just say heres two three four $500 out of the pocket! I wish it was that simple with this pandemic, especially getting back to work, trying to get back on my feet, its really not that simple! I wish the doctor had a little bit more etiquette towards her patients, and not being so demanding with the money! I totally understand that my teeth need attention, I just wish teeth werent so daggone expensive to be fixed! Other than that, it wasnt too much of a bad experience.

I been going to this dentist office for the last three years they are very on point with there appointments and professional and they do excellent work. The one time I had so much pain I went straight to there office and they accepted me the same day and I had a appointment the following Friday so I really appreciated that. They have a friendly staff and excellent equipment.

Today was my first time. I was pleased. They were very friendly and pleasant. I was given a thorough cleaning and they were very detailed with what they doing. Nice and professional worker’s.

Dr Husain is an excellent dentist. Work is outstanding.

Dr. Nikita Goradia is an excellent dentist. She isn’t just there to fix your cavity or filling etc, she actively does everything she can with the tools at hand to have you walk out the door with a better healthier smile. I’m 33 and I’ve never met a more competent and caring doctor.

I absolutely love this facility!!! They are organized and so friendly. I am not kept waiting for any period of time. They communicate what they are doing each step of the way which is very comforting. I am very at ease with everyone there!!!! It is a very clean environment. I am extremely happy to have Dr. Cha as my dentist!!!! He is absolutely amazing!!!

2 years ago I honestly had no hope for this place, horrible experience getting work done by a Mr. Patel. Since then he is no longer in theyre practice, Ive had the pleasure of my doctor being reassigned to Doctor Hussain, she is the most gentle, assertive, compassionate Dentist Im telling u.

I was considering changing establishments since my usual team is no longer there. I am glad I decided to at least give the Dr a chance. Dr Cha made sure I was comfortable and he explained everything as GE went along, which helped ease my anxiety. He is very personable and I was surprised to leave laughing and having a conversion as if he had been my doctor for years. I no longer feel the need to change dentists.

The hygienist are great but the there is no coordination with the doctors. In the past 2 years I had to beg for them to bring a dentist to see my X-rays…. Today I wait over 30 minutes and nothing. Yes, today will be my last time going there.

First off, I’ll start by saying the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is for the lovely and compassionate Dr. Abraham Ganz. I am a patient of the regular dentist office here, not orthodontics. However, when my permanent retainer broke from an apple bite on Sunday, I called the emergency hotline in which I spoke to my dentist Dr. Hussain she toldme to call the next day and I should be taken care of as it’s an emergency situation. When I called the next day, the rude secretary told me that I needed to make an appointment on Thursday with the orthodontist and that whoever I spoke to on the hotline (my Dr) was wrong. When I came in today to finally have my retainer removed, I was told I was never in the system for an appointment and on top of that, because I’m not a patient of orthodontics, that I’d either have to wait and pay a $200 fee for removal (which I was never told about) or reschedule for September as they were really busy and couldn’t take me in (when I already made an appointment). The absolutely lovely Dr. Ganz overheard the conversation and said that he’d take care of me today free of charge. After spending 2 hours in the office, I was finally able to leave with my retainer removed THANKS ONLY to Dr. Ganz.Overall, very unprofessional and rude staff. You can tell they could care less about misinforming their patients. It’s unfortunate that great doctors like Dr. Hussain and Dr. Ganz work amongst such unprofessional people.

I had to wait 2 months for an appointment for teeth whitening. A few hours before my appointment they called me to ask if I can come in an hour earlier, because theyre closing early. I had tell my boss I had to leave early, and I had to call 2 different people to make arrangements for my daughter, only for them to call me back an hour later to tell me they need to reschedule it for a different day all together, and the next available appointment they had for me wasnt until a month and a half from now! When I asked to speak to a manager, some nasty person got on the phone who said he was the manager who I was arguing back and forth with, because he was saying he couldnt do anything else for me. So I asked again if he was the manager, and he responded, I could be. So now this office is just playing games! Completely unprofessional!!!

This dentist office has dentist that are not experience to do the right job my teeth was drilled into and stuffed and filled with some white stuff, i thought she did a root canal but she didnt i have no i dea what she did but my whole face is still swollen a week later and my tooth is in major pain, i will be reporting them to new jersey state board of dentistry, they cant even read a xray left me in more pain than i had before i went there it feels like she over stuffed my tooth and it hitting the nerve so there for she did not do a root canal at all.

Great Expressions and Dr. Bishara are terrific! I have been going to Great Expressions for many years and have always had a wonderful experience!! The dental hygienist, Affy, is equally wonderful! I highly recommend. Great Expressions.

I don’t know who cleaned my teeth as she never introduced herself, I had more water running down my face than in my mouth. The water suction was suctioning my cheek which could have harmed me. After getting my teeth cleaned I waited for the doctor who never came in the room. I was waiting for over 30 minutes while the rest of the dental staff walked around, laughed, joked and wished each other goodnight. Needless to say I walked out and paid for my services. Needless to say I don’t ever plan on going back.

This Center is a joke !!!!Dr Cha is great and nice , but the front desk worker are the worst ever!!!I went there to get my teeth removed , i had really bad infection, Dr Cha wrote me only pain killer and no antibiotic and sent it directly to the pharmacy , then the infection keep getting worse and worse , and my face swollen more and more every day, called the second day to speak to dr Cha , they said they will let him know and get back to me or let him write me antibiotic , and never did , called second day with even worse situation with my face and worse infection, i heard the same , they will let him know , and never get back to me !!!!!!!!!!I can’t make it to there because i’m at work , been calling now more than 10 calls for almost an hour , now they don’t answer !!!!These people they don’t understand that they are dealing with people health!!!!!Finally it took 12 call to give me pleasure to speak to them!!!

Dr. Cho And Staff are amazing! Justin was a major help. As a heart condition patient with urgent needs to prevent infections he did great making sure my procedure was quick and efficient with Dr.Cho. Everything went smoothly. My mouth feels so much better. I will def be back. Thank you all for all you do esp during a pandemic.

This place has turned into a free-for-all. The staff are so trashy. Nobody answers the phone in the front, and the assistants are horrible. They were banging dirty instruments in my room. They said they were trying to get the crud off of it, and then they threw it in the sink. I was so horrified at what I seen. I have to say Dr. Bishara is good though. Somebody should be keeping an eye on those assistants. I couldnt believe what they were doing.

Ive been a patient for years. Dr. Bishara is great. However, during this time of covid, there is no social distancing in the waiting room! Yes, they removed a lot of the chairs but patients still come in and the small waiting room gets full quickly. They need to take better precautions at this time!

I miss Dr Cohen, and Barbara. The entire place has changed and not for the better. I recently went for my 6 month check up. I paid my bill in January.I call Feb 3rd to have them fax the claim to my insurance . I called back Feb 22nd because the claim was never sent in. I called back March 2nd. Claim still was not sent in. When I asked reciptionist said she mailed it, she said that is quicker than a fax. ??? I asked her if she still had the fax number and I want it faxed. She put me on hold for 12 mins. It went to VM. I called back spoke to another reciptionist was told she will call me back, that she was with a patient.Really, a reciptionist with a patient . Its already an hour. Besides Im a patient too. Its a shame. Over 40 years and a new group made a mess. The dentist are very good but because of the incompetent staff, its time to go elsewhere.

The front desk or the call receptionists are very rude. But the Doctor and the staff or nurses are wonderful and very courteous honestly.

I was scheduled for a gum surgery and took a day off from work. When I got there I was told the periodontist is not in for the day and they didnt have time to notify me. Few days later, I asked if they can do something as a courtesy to fix the incident, for example, make a little adjustment to the bill which is not cheap, they said there is nothing they can do about it and the balance needs to be paid in full.

This is very friendly and welcoming dentist office. Very professional. Open during emergencies and has regular schedule office hours. I got a crown done here, the staff was very thorough to identify and treat the problem. Office is a classic Northeast dental office in small town setting. Highly clean and meets all state regulations for certified office. I was thrilled and very satisfied for their followup and work. They insure high quality and go out of their way to insure client is happy with theit work done and cleanings too. Accepted most insurance too. I highly recommend it. Dr. HUSSEIN is top dentist in the office and very efficient. Five stars. Thanks doctor and staff.

Absolutely love the front desk and Dr. Gordaia. The whole office as a team is trying their best to keep the office safe.Coming in to the office I was nervous due to covid and knowing they are busy I was hesitant. But they are doing their best and trying their hardest to keep everyone safe. They even give the option of checking in and waiting in your car! Karen and Zen promptly take your temperature when you enter have you fill out covid related forms and then you wait.Although the wait is short or long depending on the time, it is honestly well worth it. Chitra and Dr. G took such great care of me, Justin reviewed all the things I would need to pay for out of pocket and helped me understand everything. On my way out Trish took care of my payment and set me up with my next appointment. The whole team is great, thank you guys so much for all your hard work.PS to everyone else we need to remember they are working hard under a ton new restrictions and rules so try to be patient. The front desk had some angry man yelling at them cause they were on lunch.

Dr. Bishara is one of the best dentists have had the pleasure of having take care of my dental needs. Also, my dental hygienist, Affy, recently had to perform a deep cleaning of my gums because of periodontal disease and she was so amazing I did not experience any discomfort during a very invasive treatment. The office staff is equally warm and friendly. I highly recommend Great Expressions Dental Centers-Bayonne office.

Some context: Ive been a patient here since I was a child.I scheduled an appointment with this office on December 20th, after experiencing crippling pain in my jaw radiating from my back molar. It was agonizing. Some of the worst pain Ive experienced, rivaling surgery Ive had on my Achilles tendon. I was able to get an appointment for the 24th. So far so good. My pain was barely treated or acknowledged, I felt, and was shuffled out, told to wait until my primary dentist could examine me, who was on vacation until the second week of the new year. Considering how close to the holiday season I chopped it up to rotten luck. I toughed out through the pain throughout the holiday season.It was, indeed, rotten luck. My appointment with my dentist was scheduled for January 16th, two weeks after the initial pain took hold and with minimal relief. I had visited prior and was told on both times that there was nothing they could or would do, that I had to see my primary dentist.I was told on the 15th that my appointment was canceled. I articulated, visiting the office after repeatedly not being able to get through to their offices by phone, how I likely cannot make any appointment during the weekday. I was told that was the best that could be done. I left with a script for extra strength Ibuprofen, a antibiotic to stave potential infection, and tentatively accepted a Thursday appointment. As I expected, my boss did not approve my leaving early.I called and requested a reschedule, considering I was in a month of pain that I was pushing through this entire time, that more reasonably fit into my schedule. I made my appointment on that day for a reason.To consider the massive inconvenience this cancellation and push to have my wait had already caused me. I was told that there was no way, that Id have to wait until February. I canceled my Thursday appointment and am scrambling to find a new dentist to treat me.This office does not care for you. They do not care for your time or your pain. Please do not go here, regardless of convenience, because when it matters they do not care. If I could I would award them zero stars. The staff is nice enough, but I do not really think they care to work with you beyond the barest minimum to take your money, your time, and shut you up for the next appointment that I presume theyll likely cancel.

If only i can give a big zero to the hygienist i woild, i felt like i was at a fair she wanted to sell me electric brush before even started my cleaning anyways it was very brief cleaning didnt even bother to use the cavitron just a quick scaling and then back to business u need to buy a solution to your teeth 30$ and fluoride 30$.i was waiting on the chair for 15 min and doctor didnt come to do the exam i left. The hygienist is really bad and careless. And forget about the waiting time. Anyways thats not a place to go PERIOD and the front desk always in a bad mood like they are doing you a favor god forbid if you ask anything ull get a look and an answer with an attitude. Stay away

I wish I could give ZERO.The office lied to me about my insurance coverage which caused me to pay $2000 out of pocket for an unnecessary treatment.I visited the office in 2018 for a regular check up. The doctor sold me the idea of replacing my crowns (that are functional) to be better looking. The office confirmed with me that insurance will cover and recommended to replace these teeth. Three months later, I received the bill. I called the office, they told me my insurance doesnt cover due to lack of evidence. Apparently the dental office didnt capture the necessary data to support the claim before they removed my teeth.I strongly not recommend you to visit this office. The staff lack basic responsibility and care for patients.

The office staff are so incompetent and dangerous to receive a paycheck. They don’t advise you to check with your insurance of cancelled services for specialist. They never return phone calls and think an apology solves the ongoing problem. This so called health service needs serious reform.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I came here one day with extreme wisdom tooth pain. After xrays, the doctor came in and proceeded to try to sell me on Invisalign through a promotion with their office. With my xrays behind her, she talked about how much better I’d look after Invisalign and never explained my xrays to me or cleaned my teeth or even looked in my mouth! I’ve never in my life been told I need braces, my teeth are not bad.Still in so much pain, I went to a local emergency dental clinic and got checked out. Doctor there walked me through my xrays and showed me how two of my wisdom teeth had cavities, one had erupted, and they were causing gingivitis and that’s why I was in so much pain. They did a deep cleaning on my teeth and took all four wisdom teeth out. Thank GOD.What a useless waste of my time a trip to Great Expressions was. I get we live in a capitalistic society where our doctors have to be slaves to corporations and try to sell us stuff we don’t need but you could have at least looked in my god damn mouth instead of telling me to pay nearly $4,000 for Invisalign and then write me a referral. Don’t go here.

Only problem I have is trying to get a regularly scheduled appointment. I keep getting a 6 month appointment pushed out 7 or 8 months. Never had this problem before Great Expressions started doing the scheduling.

Was given an appointment quickly because of a complaint I had. After seeing the dentist I was told to schedule an appointment with the hygienist. That appointment was scheduled over 1 1/2 months later as I was told they only have 2.

Dentist did my crown & 2 years later it fell out. I’m in the office every other month if not every month to have the crown re-cemented. Today another dentist in the practice said that I need to have the broken tooth pulled or an implant. I get charged for each visit even though it’s a bad job. I was told I have to speak to the dentist who did the crown. So today’s visit was a complete waste of time. I am not paying for today’s visit since I’m leaving with my crown in a pouch in my purse.
