The classes are a killer your going to burn at least 1k calories! I also do private lessons with him and of all the places I tried doing private boxing he’s the only one who actually knows what he’s doing. Super professional but also fun and genuinely cared about ur well-being!

Me and my brother went to this place from 2010 to 2012 and it was a life changer. Everybody there are amazing and we haven’t forgotten the impact the people there has made for us, especially in the long run. My brother went there for about 2 years or so. Since then he has played in three different sports, maintained great shape And a little amount of body fat, and is still considered a great fighter. Personally I got into basketball after I left and did great. I am now training for boxing and am considered by many very talented with high potential. We both are very athletic to this day and never stopped improving our physique. I’d like to thank everyone I worked with in there for an amazing experience

You are guaranteed a superb workout if you go here. Coach Ray and Coach Justin are the best boxing coaches/trainers I have ever worked with. The workouts are intense, energetic and the best workouts I have ever done... very freeing for the mind, body and soul - frees me of all my stresses and anxieties. To me its better than therapy! I recommend this place to everyone. Give it a try..... you will be glad you did!

I haven’t seen any value in the classes my kids attend. The place is small and the number of students per instructor is not ideal. Kids under the age of 7 should have better structure and participate more in their class. Unfortunately because of the class sizes my kids are sitting on the mat longer than practicing anything. I would not recommend them for kids under 10 years old. I’m sure I will find a better school that doesn’t over charge for poor quality of service.

Senshi Tori is top notch Martial Arts School they have an amazing anti bully program that all kids should be apart of. They also provide one on one classes for a more private in depth learning experience which my son and husband have been doing for over a year. Not only has my son learned self defense skills but his confidence has grown as well. I would suggest this school to anyone with kids hands down the best MMA/Boxing school in area not just Bayonne

The class is amazing and the instructor genuinely treats all his students like family. I have never trained in any Martial Arts before but I have always been interested. I have researched many schools and never made the commitment to join. At the beginning of the year I decided to give Senshi Tori Mixed Martial Arts school a try, mainly because of their high rating on Google. After only two weeks I see why they have such an exceptional rating. The instructors are great the atmosphere is fantastic, and I really feel at home. Love love love this school! The owner/ Sen Sei Ray (who is a five time black belt) is attentive and treats everyone like family. Everyone is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Never learn the same thing twice and always feel pushed and challenged to excel. Class hours are great for anyone who has a 9 -5 and theres almost a different type of class each night. The best Gem is the Sunday Privates. Highly recommend Ray and his son Justin (who won the 2018 NJ Light Weight Golden Gloves) youre being taught by 2 people who not only know what theyre teaching practice and excel in the arts!

My 7yr old son has been attending Senshi Tori Mixed Martial Arts since he was 2 1/2yrs old. We signed him up for discipline and to teach him self defense. Their Anti-Bully Program is awesome! I must say this is the best MMA school in town. The Instructors are TERRIFIC , they show pride in what they do and how they teach our children. Highly recommended school for children and adults!

My son loves this place, he wanted to learn how to box and the instructors are so nice they take there time with him. They made him feel like he was part of a family, thats how they treat you here. Its very clean, they have a room that you can sit and watch when your there. My son has been coming here for a month now and he lost 8 pounds already, mind you he is still eating what he wants lol, but just coming here they work you out thats for sure. If I could I would give them 10 stars thats how good this place is!!!!!!! Come and see for yourself.

The Little Prince (9 years old) has been taking private boxing lessons here for over one year. His instructor, Justin, has shown himself to be highly reliable, involved, professional, & results oriented. We have seen the LP gain upper body strength, get more fit, & develop confidence, all while having fun. Justin plays great music, engages with him on his level, and has even gone so far as to support him at his sports games (INCREDIBLE!). The prices are reasonable, the school is very organized, highly professional, clean, and takes great pride in their students. From the time you come in to sign up with the owner Ray, through the weekly classes, you know that they care about your child (and your family), always seeking optimal results while ensuring that the students enjoy their time there. As those of you who read my reviews know, 5 stars are Unicorns for me, so you should definitely check out this school for boxing, mixed martial arts, and general fitness training!

Wonderful school and very clean. I started doing the fitness program Soke Rivera started and lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks when I seen such quick results I asked him about his MMA program and once I started I fell in love. The training is foniminal, the techniques are very sharp and the other students are great everyone treats each other like a family and I love it.

Soke Ray runs a great program for kids from 3 to adults. He has a hands on approach to teaching every student. When you join you become part of the family. Judo Brazilian jiu-jitsu and mma are the classes offered. But what you also get is a way of life.

This is a wonderful school. At 42 I decided that in this world today you need to learn to defend yourself so I began training at Senshi Tori MMA. I have been here about 4 months now and I cant get enough. What stands out above all is the feeling of family, even on my first day I felt like I was part of something big. Wonderful place! Went in on a Groupon and wound up signing my son up immediately. My son is on his 3rd belt thanks to the help of Soke Ray and Sempai Josh. They truly care about all students and instil discipline and self esteem. Signed myself up too and have learned new techniques of self defense. If youre looking for an after school activity for your child,this is the best alternative to sports.
