Worsted Passport serviceThey told me for 6-10 week you can get the passportIs been more the 15 weeks. Never recive and never get help. From them.Just call service department and they never answer the phone.

Its crazy busy so sometimes there is a wait. The parking lot can be a little chaotic during peak hours. But, Ive always been treated with respect at this post office. So, I think that the staff deserves 5 stars.

I stopped going here because of the rude service. I travel further from my house to avoid this place. Today I had no choice and was reminded of why I stopped going. I asked what the best way to send something was and the guy looks at me like I have 6 heads. After I saw I wasn’t going to be help I had to walk out. I’ll go tomorrow to another post office and ship my items from there.

Horrible Service. Richard i think his name is made my package get lost. He sent it to a total different address than the one i wrote and now i lost money in my business. Thanks USPS for losing my package and money. Once again we have to trust only private companies for business UPS, Fedex.

The post office is truly horrible, except for the one lady who has been there quite a while. But Ricard, oh my goodness, he talks and talks nonsense to us customers telling us how and when to mail our packages, every time I go there. I make sure to get my receipt because I feel like he might not scan my package in. Every time! Now I just walk out of the place even while he’s talking. Who has the time and energy after work telling ya what to do????

By now my name has been sent to all the post office in the various towns so they can give me a racist service for telling the truth. I can believe the decadent service of some of the staff. A man called Frank has a bad attitude, he is a dam bigot!! If they dont like you, they will damage or send you package or to a different address and will give you a hard time returning it!!

Some of the people here suck real hard. Never have a problem with the females that work here and probably 3 males. Rich that works the front can never find my packages. The call window that says 8am-9:15am is there for no reason. I go there to pick up packages and the guy who puts the yellow cards in the box refuses to get them. Just says I have to wait till 9am when the front opens in a very rude way. I work 9-6 so Im at work their hours of operation. I also have issues getting mail at my home. Some of us neighbors have to give each other our mail. Lots of good people who work here but some just make you want to jump the counter and WWE the hell out of them. No people skills and retraining is a must. Its no wonder why you see them being followed by management on the street.

Leaving notes on nearby cars “Do not block mail box” when the parked car is not blocking the mail box just because they don’t want to get out of the mail car and drop it in to the mailbox. That’s what you get pay for, don’t be lazy you’re not working for free. This goes to the delivery personnel that are too lazy to get out of the mail car. Very very bad service.

Was supposed to have a package delivered today 6/22/19 And have been home the whole day not a knock ,andthe doorbell didn’t ring otherwise the dogs would’ve started barking kids would start screaming and you would’ve heard the doorbell throughout the whole entire house .but nooo I got a note in the mailbox stating sorry we missed you schedule a redelivery .I was home they never came to the door they do this every time and we have a camera for the doorbell so we would’ve known if someone came by .Also the timestamp that they have for we missed you even stated I was here right by my phone when they put it for we missed you They need to hire people who are actually going to do their job correctly seriously.

WHERE IS MY MAIL???? I work at a business, here, locally, in BayShore... like most other businesses we are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm ....Some days a mail carrier will deliver and pick up our mail.... Other days we will not see a mail carrier or receive any mail service from our local post office. No mail pick up or drop off... Can anyone explain to me why this might happen on a regular basis?????? recently I called the post office on 5th ave BayShore and a recording said my wait time was 1 hour... Really? other times when i have called the post office the phone would will ring and ring then disconnect.... Who is responsible for correcting this? Who is responsible for employee training, proper protocol & procedure implementation or quality control, never mind CUSTOMER SERVICE????? Never have I seen such incompetence and lack of caring from a company and its employees. Who will fix the above challenges????

I have had packages missing twice and tried to contact the office for 2 hrs and no answer. I really hate the fact that it suppose to close at 5 and people don’t answer your call. Really bad service

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am throughly disgusted with the service I received just trying to get my package that I paid $12 for shipping. They consistently lie about trying to deliver the package and the moron doesnt even realize that every time he comes pretends to deliver the package he is on camera. now I have to wait to get my package on saturday when I paid $12 for two day delivery.

The counter staff are knowledgeable, helpful and amazingly patient. But, management and mail delivery are awful.My letter carrier refuses to deliver certified mail. Management is ineffective and has ignored my complaints.Its better to complain on the usps website than trying to communicate with management at this location.

The main office is kinda small and the customer line can get long, but the postal folks are very nice/helpful.I just moved to Bay Shore so Ive had typical move-related mail issues and these postal folks have been very helpful.

SHOULD BE CLOSED!!! Civil Service at its best! Dept. of Motor Vehicles is better than this place, and thats a stretch. In the last six years alone, have received *NO mail, *WRONG mail 5 miles away, *NEIGHBORS mail, *neighbors receive MY MAIL, *SOAKING WET mail, *TORN mail, *people 5 blocks away FIND MY MAIL IN THE STREET...IN PUDDLES when it rains. Went to the office three times, never find the postmaster but ALWAYS get this same fast talking yahoo Asst. Mgr. and always has the same excuses...a) it was a bad day weatherwise, b) Are you sure you got the wrong mail?, c) (and this is my favorite) Oh, yeah, he was on vacation that week!...SO?? Well, he a great worker, its the replacement guy...SO???...yeah, Ill have to talk to him. These people just dont give a damn. Is Tar and Feathering a crime?

I been there couple of time and every time I had the most horrible experience .those people behind the counter has the worst manner they are rude to the point that if I have to go there Im stressed out just thinking of going they are awful and the delivery service the worstI have to get my mail send to family in Medford. .they have miss place Two of very expensive purchase I did online and then if you dont have insurance they gives you $49.00, for a purchased of hundreds of dollars bottom line you cant trust them...

Very uncomfortable atmosphere at this post office. Richard is very rude and unprofessional. The USPS really needs to evaluate this, Richard made my visit to my local post office extremely uncomfortable. I was waiting on line while he called up the next customer which just so happened to be hispanic, and was literally yelling and undermining the poor man it was sickening to witness. Not only was he mistreating a customer, he was also argueing with his co workers. This is not just a one time incident with this employee, he also was extremely rude to my girlfriend a few months back. I dont wish for Richard to lose his job, I am just seeking that someone looks into this and gives him a more appropriate position away from guests.

My neighbor next door shared that when they give you a bad service with a prejudiced attitude and the person gives them a bad review, they shared the persons information with everyone in the post office so they can give you bad service. Also, they delete the comment and block you.

The mailman are thieves. Always says deliver package but they dont. Ive been outside my house and seen my tracking say delivered and seen the mailman drop off my mail but no package. This happened a few times

Very unprofessional at the desk and the delivery service is poorly done I always on a weekly basis get my neighbors mail and they get mine the dispatcher and carriers should be suspended also that particular post office should be investigated by upper management on the quality of service they provide to the area very unhappy with this post office
