Scheduled appointment didnt show up till 4 days after appointment worked on two of my vehicles made one extremely worse I now have cracks running the length of my windshield and running up the windshield when I went into there office they said well now you have to buy a new windshield I will not use them ever again

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Easy to get on service schedule. They stand behind their work. A tech accidentally cracked the plastic housing over my rearview mirror. The replacement part was promptly ordered and replaced at no cost and with apologies.

Really friendly staff and people. Just moved to Bay City and had to get my car inspected. Rather than removing my tint they said it will pass the inspection. It did. Honest business and people.

Wasn’t very pleased with the service I got. They scratched my paint, left sealant all over my paint, and didn’t properly replace my interior panels in the back portion of my car. Have gone to Rosenberg for all glass needs since, with better service and better prices.Added: My car was not repainted, but I was given a paint pen from the dealership to fix myself, and the sealant was still visible.

Went in to get a chip in my windsheild fix and when I got home I noticed I had a bunch a little chips all around my front windsheild.i called to tell them and all the lady could say was that it was like that already which it wasnt.i would never go back here and would never recommend anyone to either.

Nice people and the windshield was a decent price. However, I get it home and realized it wasnt put in right, looks like the whole thing is sunken in and wasnt sealed all the way around like the original windshield. Im really very upset as I dearly love this car. Will have to miss work to wait for them to open first thing in the morning to get it fixed.

Dont get any auto glass work done here or you will regret it! I took my truck here for them to replace my front drivers side window. When I came to pick it up it wasnt tinted (even though it was on the invoice and they charged me for it) and the door panel was filled with all the broken glass still. They ended up tinting the window but told me the broken glass was just supposed to rattle and fall out over time. After 3 months of a lot glass rattling in my door and scraping on my window every time I put it up or down, I ended up taking my truck to Big G Auto Glass. They removed all the glass in the door panel. Highly recommend Big G over the poor service you will get here.

DO NOT go there! They do horrible work, I should of read the reviews! Try safelite or someone else but them. I should have went to BIG G like i was told to begin with. I had to learn the hard way, dont say you didnt read the warning. They dont even deserve one star....but. Once again....horrible craftsmanship

So called them to get my windows done, in a span of 20 minutes it went from taking 3 hrs, to I show up and its now going to take the next day and then want to argue about who answered the phone......should probably focus that energy on running your business.....complete waste of time, heading somewhere else
