Great environment and great instructors!

My husband and my daughter go and my son will join as soon as he is old enough! ( I will join as soon as I have someone to watch my kids when my husband and I are in class!) The classes are fun but disciplined which is perfect for our family. The benefits of this Martial Arts program cannot be overstated: physical health from the exercises, mental health from the discipline and principles, the self-defense you are taught, plus the fun and relationships you build as you work with the other students towards a common goal! It is truly a lifestyle of health that you become a part of when you start your classes. We are thrilled to be a part of this and look forward to many years of Tang Soo Do with AMA!
