I was so grateful for ProFlow, I called early in the morning to see if they had any opening and the owner Brad stated he had an appointment at 8:30am and could come see me right after. Upon his return call, he stated he could meet me right then. He went above and above beyond trying to resolve my plumbing issues. He spent the whole day trying to figure out what my issue was with my plumbing. It was extremely hot but to no avail he continued to work hard, problem solving the issue, in which i have paid other plumbers to resolve. They just took the money and after a quick fix, they took the money and left. ProFlow spent the entire day checking several points of plumbing in my home in order to fix it. Im grateful and thankful for his professionalism, concern, manners, and accommodation. Pro Flow did a super job with finding the blockage in our pipe and getting it cleared out. I wish I could give Brad and ProFlow 1000 stars! We have used this company twice now and both times with AMAZING RESULTS! My tenant flushed a bunch of things she shouldnt have on a monthly basis, until the toilet would flush no more. She called to tell me the bad news on a Friday night. I got back to her the next day and then called around to see if anyone could do it for a reasonable price on a Saturday. Brad was my second call. He picked up the phone right away (my first call hadnt even gotten back to me yet.) Said he could be out to take care of it in a couple hours and quoted me a reasonable rate. My tenant was very grateful. He came and got it done and stuck to the price he quoted me, and even cut me some slack, because it was worse than we thought it would be. Dont be flushing things you are not supposed to folks! But if you or someone does, I highly recommend you call ProFlow Drain Cleaning!

I had an emergency repair, and despite having a full day Brad made sure to get to my tub drain repair by the end of the business day. Great Service! Patient and efficient.We narrowed down our plumbing issue to the drain. Brad and Stephanie came out on a Saturday to assess the problem.After snaking the inside, Brad went to the septic drain. They remained patient even after hours of flushing and snaking, the hose getting knotted and stuck! Yes it was a struggle like none before!In the end we all hope the problem is resolved, but if not I am fully confident in having them come back.

Like many of the other reviews was either desperate to a toilet main drain line clog and called around and Brad was not only answered he stay in contact with me till we could set up a day and Tthat worked for me.He was able to clear our train in no time. Seem to genuinely caed about our situation afford a a fair price.

We called Pro Flow because of a clogged drain that was so bad it was flooding our basement. Brad Estelle came over around 6.30 at night to rescue us. He unclogged the pipe and we thought we were good to go. A couple days later it clogged again, so we called again and he came right over and fully investigated the problem and fixed it with no issues since. The cost was perfect, especially in an emergency situation like we had. I highly recommend Pro Flow and will call again when time to jet the pipes, or if we have another emergency plugged drain. Thank you again Pro Flow for coming to our rescue, even at night.

Brad came out last Spring to diagnose out 2nd bath drain that was not draining. He found some roots in the line, cleaned them out, and charged a very reasonable fee. A few days ago, on a Saturday, the problem started again so I called Brad to come out sometime next week. By Sunday the problem worsened and drains would not drain. I called Brad and he made arrangements to come that afternoon, found more roots and left a can of root killer with instructions.Brad knows what he is doing, is punctual and polite, and gets things done. He is expert at what he does.Call him!

I was driving into work Monday and noticed the logo on the back of a trailer, it just so happened that I was in dire need of someone to fix an issue at my bowling center. Brad came to unclog two upstairs sinks and after hour and a half and some investigating he determined I would require a plumber. He cleaned and returned everything to normal and said that their was no charge! The honesty and attention to detail was second to none, highly recommend.

The gentleman that had came out was very professional and does his job well! We needed someone to help us fix what we thought was a blockage in our main drain on the floor that was causing half of our basement to start flooding, and Brad had came over ASAP. After spending over an hour doing what he needed to to try to find what the issue was, he had came to the conclusion that it could possibly be a city issue. Instead of telling us we needed to get ahold of someone else, he checked the man holes himself and helped make the appropriate calls to ensure that the problems were fixed and stayed until water was once again going down the drain in the basement. The whole process took 5 hours and additional help yet he was so patient and kind enough to not charge us an arm and a leg for his time and efforts, even with it being after hours. We greatly appreciate it!
