We have used Flash many times over the years and have always been totally satisfied with their expertise, customer service and pricing. This week they were simply phenomenal. The storms that came through our area were torrential and sewage came in to the lower level of our daughters home. Despite being booked solid, obviously we werent the only people damage from the tornadic weather that came through, they got us in the schedule. Repairs were made more difficult as we couldnt tell them where the lid to the septic was located. The county map was incorrect. Using a finder, they were able to locate the tank and remediate our situation so that my daughter can live in the house while we try to find the root cause of all that happened. I cant thank Rachel, Keith , Jeff and Keiths partner (Im truly sorry I cant remember his name) enough. What a great company!

I could not say more good things about this company if I tried, from the first phone call with Rachel to them coming and pumping my septic tank. Rachel has such an amazing customer service personality. She makes you feel like your her best friend. And the men that came were so informative and answered all the questions I had. They made my bad situation feel like I had people by my side!!! I will recommend this company forever and I will only use them.

Had this company at my home today 8/20/20. They were s supposed to be there before noon but showed up around 12:45. The driver was very whiney because I didnt know which end of the tank faced a certain direction. He had to dig two holes about 8-10 inches down. I was told by the office that the charge for my tank would be about $400. Imagine my surprise when the bill was $580! There was a$100 fee to dig up the cap. I was not told about this even though I was asked if he would need to dig when I ordered the job. He used my hose and then charged me for the extra water that he had to use. Also the spot where he replaced the dirt was very messy. Big piles of dirt and no grass left. I was not happy about the whole thing! Would not use them again.

Best people in the area by far. They pulled off a brilliant money saving repair at my business and now helped me at my house. 5 star help !

Flash Sanitation is an amazing company! Not only did they help out our company in a last minute pinch (Blain’s Farm&Fleet) for our grand opening but they were very fast and courteous! Will definitely be using them for all future needs!

We got a new worker to clean out our porter potties at my job and couldnt ask for a better cleaner. The toilets are clean and it actually smells good, yes I said good, in there. A BIG Shout out to Rob, way to go thank you.

Needed our septic tank pumped and made an appointment. By accident we were missed on the schedule but they made a special trip for us and for us in on the same day as our original appointment. During the service one of our baffles broke and they helped get a replacement setup ASAP. The customer service provided bought them a long time customer in our family!

I had no clue where my grandmas septic was located. Flash came right out located the tank, dug it up and pumped it in less then a hour at a very fair price. I would most definitely recommend them
