I paid and ordered 30 balloons. Gave 5 day notice. They were not ready by pick up day and time. Was on a time crunch. They need a better system.

Best dollar store in battle creek. Staff is very friendly and store is clean!

Store was neat and exceptionaly clean.Face masks required for entry on door but very few had them on. The nice cashier was the only one wearing one. The other two employees were not.

Dollar trees grest. Everythings a dollar

Watching us but there was two females in the store stealing was to busy watching me an my daughter in law instead realized we wasnt there stealing but let the two females walked out that did sad situation. But we used our bank cards to shop.

Very helpful staff. Has everything for $1, somethings are better buys at other stores. Great selection of items. Good place to buy school supplies and those little items you dont want to have to go to a big box store for. Normally quick in and out trip.

I love the Dollar Tree. The one I frequent the most is on Beckley Road. The cashiers are wonderful but there is a manager that is not very professional. One Sunday I was shopping, the manager looked like she had been sleeping in her car for a week. It didnt matter how long the lines were, she was outside smoking. The only cashier was quite new and coping very well with the circumstances. Maybe this is why they seem to have a fast employee turn over. Your business is only as good as your management. Thank you

Even though everything is cheap, it feels like the customer service is too! The shelves are dirty, and can run your finger across and accrue grime or dust. Some food and drink products are EXPIRED if you look at the expiration dates. The store manager is also rude and can be very racist to employees. I also had a significant other who worked at this location and the store manager was always rude and refused to give them their check stubs when they asked and said that they couldnt have them. For no other reason than to be rude! Whenever I stop by theres also a new employee. Never the same people

We love doallar tree you always feel welcome sometimes employees will hold the door open for you, so will other people its nice and also clean in this store. Be sure to drop by I love it!

I think things can be little good but the things are cute but am a artist and my friends all have to got book and we can not have paper with line and It hard to find it they.

Absolutely terrible customer service by Caroline the cashier! She was extremely rude! Caroline had a very disrespectful and obnoxious attitude while specifically explaining that her break is significantly more important than taking care of the long line of customers! Employees like her will never benefit an otherwise good store. Would highly recommend increased employee training or simply highering someone new. Just a horrible experience all around! Never again!!

Very good, quite busy. Picked up a few greeting card and a couple of wine glasses with a fall design. Cant beat a $1.00 wine glass.
