I love billyne she is so friendly and she has made battle creek just that much better. I hate to have to let such a talented artist go and it will be sad to do so. She is worth every cent I pay for her. She is also very very good at what she does and if she doesnt think it looks good she will be honest and let you know before hand. She is great with letting you know what she will and wont put her name in.

Billyne does my lashes. They look great every time! I love that when you are receiving a service from her, you get her undivided attention. The front door of the salon remains locked during your appointment and she doesnt answer phone calls. Nice, peaceful environment and I always leave feeling satisfied and relaxed.

I recently had a shellac manicure done at Billynes and within a week the polish began to separate from my fingernails; this has never happened with any other salon. I researched on line to determine what was going on. All I learned was that there were discrepancies between the way the service was performed and the recommended methods. Since there was no way to speak by phone or even leave a message I kept driving by the salon until I finally noticed it was open and stopped in to show Billyne my nails. She agreed to give me a refund but two weeks later Im still waiting to see the charges returned to my account. Im beyond disappointed and feel that its unfortunate that I have to post this publicly.

I came in with aweful nails done by BC nails and she fit me into her busy schedule and fixed them! She’s an amazing person who cares about the final product not the price of it.
