If you are someone who values quality this is not the place to go. It is very dirty, horrible service three different people randomly get up and worked on my nails in the middle of performing pedicures on other people without washing their hands. my nails look horrible. There are not the same length of the nail. Each nail has a slant to it I had them done two days ago two are already coming off. The entire time all I could smell was the body odor of the people who sat in the dirty chair before me

I came in to have my dip powder removed they sent me out with my nails completely shredded. Don’t ever go here.

They were awful. We set up an appointment which they didn’t care about we still waited. They laughed at the picture I showed them of my nails and the man was talking to his friend laughing while filing my nails, he messed up because he filed them for too long while not even looking at the nail! Then he didn’t even bother doing my nails the way I wanted. Wrong color and style. In less than 24 hours one nail fell off. Honestly I’ve never had this bad of an experience at a nail salon before.

We were whipped in and out so fast and the technicians did a terrible job. I had them redo my daughter’s nails and my mom’s were not even painted fully. I have paid less and had a better pedicure elsewhere. The prices do not reflect the quality of service whatsoever. We will not be back to this location.

Good on my nails . Another so well with my daughters. She asked for Red and ended with Manicure. The guy did not understand what she wanted.$ 55.00 and unhappy.. I think they look good.

Probably the worst pedi ever. Didnt even attempt to smooth the callus, no massage & the nail polish was old and clumpy. $50 bucks down the drain!

Im here for a vacation as anail technician this place is the worst the employee doesnt like their job it seem. I got the most expensive pedicure just for 20 minutes. employee dont care about the customer they only see money. what kind of the nail salon is that dont care about the customer? the owner seems nice but the employee seems only care about money not the customer. if you want to make good money you need to care about the customer. if you dont like doing nails just quit. period. my sister left crying because of the shape I saw her telling the nail tech to file it right but he act like he know what he is doing he doesnt listen to the customer but only money he doesnt like to be told. the best worst nail salon ever

I took my sister there to get a little pampered and her nails done the evening before her wedding and she was in her glory . These guys are spectacular and even fixed my nails for free when the salon I went to in my city didnt file them correctly . I will come back the next time I am town, I might even make a special trip!.

So, my pedicure was great. love the color, no pain, came out great. my acrylics on the other hand, are horrible. my nails are sideways, bubbling, not at all what i asked for, and my pinky was filed down so far that i have a sore where i bled from the file on my skin. i asked to have the shape fixed and then it simply got worse. do not know what to do other than simply soak them off and fix them myself. they are also under cured and already chipping, despite gel polish. they are also bumpy and just generally not the work i would expect for 57 dollars. i tipped because i generally felt bad so almost 70 dollars were spent for nothing. just beware so you dont look like a clown. :)

Did not take the time to clean up the cuticles did not paint up to the cuticles and left nails uneven also took a picture in of what I wanted and walked out with something far different.. Also left spots of nail Polish on my fingers and hand. The worst nail experience Ive had

Not happy when I go for a fill and pay the same price as I did for a full set....Im not going to argue about it, Im going to pay and tell everyone I know not to go there bc its a scam when you charge differently from the posted prices. My nails look pretty good or Id leave one star. And I left a fat tip even though I knew I was being scammed.

Just wanted my fingers and toes painted with shellac. Was in there maybe 20 minutes tops. No manicure/pedicure - just painted. $56. Will not be back or recommend to anyone.

We had a hard time understanding between the masks and accent. When we politely asked them to repeat themselves they started laughing and talking amongst themselves. Every technician that was working on guests laughed at us. Didn’t ask which pedicure I wanted and ended up with the most expensive one. I will not be back.

A group of us came in for pedicures, the manager offered manicures since there was a wait. I told him I required clear/neutral nails due to my uniform at work. He said it would be no issue. When I sat down with my nail technician, I explained to him I need neutral short nails. He did not look me in the eye or acknowledge that I was even speaking. He began glueing the set into my nails. Three of them were the complete wrong size and were bubbled up. He didn’t pay attention until I pointed it out. He ripped the nails that were incorrect off without speaking to me. He continued to do my nails, they came out pink at the bottom and white at the tips. I was confused and asked if it would dry clear. Once again zero acknowledgment that I was speaking. He finished and I asked him about a neutral color. He said “no” and I reiterated that I needed natural. He said “no.” His manager noticed and came to mediate, eventually explaining that my nail technician understood that I wanted “ombré.” I asked if he could just at least paint over them a neutral color. He was very annoyed and slammed the color swatches in the desk at me. He was very rough and jerked my fingers around and burnt me with his nail file.I was so upset I just left them at the pink painted color. The acrylic went up and over my cuticle into my finger. He did not try to fix it or apologize or acknowledge what I was requesting. I’m just from out of town but I would never suggest this place to anybody I know.I went to Eva’s nails a day later to have them removed and fixed. They were very kind and did a great job. The first photo is the acrylic and the second is the damage color tell Eva’s nails did for me.

My wife and her friend went in and had a terrible experience.My wife went in to have her acrylic nails removed and manicured. She requested that her nails be soaked so that her real nails would be preserved. At first the nail technician tried to force upon her a new set of acrylic nails. She had to tell him several times that this was not what she wanted. When he finally listened he let out a heavy sigh and went to grab clippers. He began to agressively clip both the acrylics and her real nails. This was still not what she wanted. He was so rough that he was causing her a lot of pain. By the third nail, she had to yell that it hurt and the pain and frustration brought her to tears. At this point she was ready to walk out and go somewhere else. The managers intervened and attempted to remedy to situation. Rightfully so, she was not charged for the nails and they had someone else finish the manicure.My wifes friend wanted a manicure and pedicure. She wanted one color for her toes and a different color for her fingers. Her technician was too lazy to grab two colors, she tried to force my wifes friend to use the same color for both. In the time it took for them to argue the technician could have gotten up and grabbed the color. When she eventually did, she had a noticeable attitude about it.All in all, they were very unfriendly and just wanted to rush my wife and her friend out of there. What is more disturbing is that this treatment seemed to be contingent upon their ethnicity. My wife and her friend are asian. During their time there they witnessed the technicians giving the white customers much better service. Offering them water and not rushing them at all. This is dispicable, every paying customer deserves the same level of customer service and respect. What a terrible business model.In conclusion, there are plenty of nail places in Battle Creek. Save yourself some trouble and go anywhere else but here. WalMart does a better job! The nails didnt even look good at the end.

First time here very nice job little pricey

Not great on nails or pedis. The water was cold, they didn’t do anything with my heels, and it was $51. My nails look oddly shaped, they’re fat towards the top of them. I will not be going back. I am going to have to go get my nails fixed somewhere else before I go on vacation. Paid $100 between nails and pedi and was not worth it at all.

Kind people but not great pedicures. Super rushed and hardly any foot massage. Thankfully it looks fine but I won’t be going back.

I got a full set monday 3/15 which normally lasts me 2 to 3 weeks before I have to get a fill. I had to go back 3/17 to get 2 nails fixed, the polish was bubbling up and squishy still. It was by the 21st that two nails are completely popped off and 2 are chipped. Horrible quality for the price.

We had such. A wonderful experience with BC nails. My nail tech was so nice and wonderful and the entire atmosphere of the place was very nice. They had great customer service the entire time and I loved the nails done. I was greeted super nicely at the door and they got us in pretty quickly. They actually talk to you and are pretty funny. Loved the experience and the nails.

Got mine and my daughters nails done and we absolutely love them!! A little pricey but worth it.

I said I wanted the basic 45$ set with no color at all. & When I told the guy, no color he put a pinkish clear color and charged me for it. And yes. I did tell him I didnt want it when he started applying it, and he said it would make them look pretty. I let him finish and ended up paying 55$. Smh. Never again.

I used to go to another nail place that has slowly lost quality in the work they do so BC nail was a new place I was trying out. I went in for a new full set, so I needed a set taken off and a new one put on. They did a great job taking them off and it didnt hurt as it usually does. I appreciated how much they took their time making each nail perfect because I can be considered picky when it comes to self care tasks like this. It needs to be perfect and they are!

SCAMMED!!!!! I went in and got a nail fixed/fill, coffin shape, blacks nails with a white heart on my ring fingers, they charged me 67$ I left a 3$ tip. My friend went in with me and got Gems on two nails and a design on two nails along with a fix/fill paid $57. How does that work?!

I went to get a soak off from my acrylic nails and nail polish in my natural nail. I asked the woman twice what I wanted. They sat me down, it took about 10muns for a person to come even with there was four people there at the time and about 8 or 9 workers . The man finally comes and I told him I want a soak off instead he tried to do it his way. Once I told him what I wanted he had gotten an attitude and continued to do my nail wrong and rushed the whole time. Long story short a hour after my nails were “finished” there was still paint on my cuticles lumps in my nail bed from the soak off and the top coat wasn’t distributed evenly. An hour after I left with them fully dry my nails were peeling. For the time and expensive price I could if did it at home. My nails looked like my niece did them.

Even when they are busy, you dont have to wait long. They are adequately staffed, and the place is clean.

First time and my last. Service was fast but you can see the different layers of the polish because she didn’t cover my nail completely each time - I could have done a better job.

We went there yesterday. Felt very rushed. My nails already look grown out and very sloppy. Not worth the money. Not to mention my friends nails arent even hoq she wanted, he just kept saying huh. I have cuts from the files on 6 out of 10 fingers. Wont be returning.

What an awful experience. I took my mom here for a mother/daughter pedicure and the ladies doing our feet kept speaking in their native tongue and looking at my mom and laughing. My mom and I both speak other languages We understand how it can be perceived by others and are always respectful of that. My mom even asked them what they were laughing about and they both became quiet... for a few minutes before starting again. They spoke enough English that they could have communicated to us. I felt so bad for my mother. We have both frequented nail salons all over the country and world. More times than not, we hear another language being spoken during the service. This experience left us feeling so disrespected. I don’t want anyone else to have to experience this.

One star is generous! I went and had my nails done a week and a half ago and it is the worst set of nails I have ever had done!!! The man at booth 4 was in such a hurry that I already have lost 2 nails. They are wide at the tips and full of ridges!!! Never again will I go there!!!!

They were able to get me in right away for a walk-in at 5pm which was super nice & convenient, but the man did my acrylic fill in less than 15 minutes (when they were DEAD SLOW), originally had a coffin shape to my nail & wanted to keep the shape, but he ended up rounding out my two thumb nails & leaving the others the coffin shape. Some of my nails are wavy & uneven, some of them have air bubbles.

Bc nails I recommend to anyone in Battle Creek it’s the best set of nails I’ve ever had done in all my years in all of my nail techs she spent two hours doing my nails not rushing in there beautiful I highly recommend her

The people here are nice don’t get me wrong, but the nails are terrible. the guy that did my nails cut me not once, not twice, nope! not even 3 times. but 6 times! it hurt SO bad & all he would do is look at me every time he did it. i asked for long coffin shaped nails & they are short & all different lengths. they’re bubbly, and SO crooked. the pictures look so good on here , but mine are just terrible. he definitely rushed, one hand looks decent and the other one looks beyond horrible.

Super heavy handed. Grinded my cuticles with hand tool. Rude and rushed after I told them several times I wanted a basic manicure no gel. The heavy layers took very long to dry. Very uneven paint coats. I accidentally smudged a nail before I left the chair and the tech reluctantly fixed it with an attitude. And he only threw a top coat on and called it good. 🙄

They filled my nail wayyy to much. I got acrylics and 3 of my nails got RIPPED in half when THEY removed them.

We spent $60 on two pedicures here. I love how clean and organized this place is. The staff are friendly and do excellent work. Expect to be here a minimum of one hour per service. Also I think they expect tips, but I dont believe its required. If you get a chance try there message chairs!

This place was beautiful. I would have given them a 5 star except they messed up on my thumb nail. To be fair i didnt make an appointment. I was a walk in so the nail artist that did my nails squeezed me in. It was $45 dollars for dipped nails. The people were very friendly and nice. I also didnt wait long. I would recommend that for the best experience make an appointment. This way the nail artist can take a little more time. I will be going back and making an appointment for when i do.

Went in on a Saturday morning to have my nails done. Didnt want to have gels or acrylics put on so they recommended shellac manicure over the regular polish manicure. I was told shellac should last a couple weeks. The polish wasnt applied down to my cuticles, one of my nails had the shellac lifting from my nail within 4 or 5 days and now 8 days later they all are. I have been here several times but I am really disappointed in the rushed quality of my nails this last time.

I was greeted and taken to a table immediately! That part was great, but the service I received was well below par for the price I paid. I was a walk-in, I requested a fill and a repair. The nail tech that preformed my service rushed through it, was not detailed, did not cut or push back my cuticles. The filing/ drilling to remove and smooth out the acrylic was rushed leaving my nails looking lumpy and unfinished, etc. etc. etc. long story short I could’ve done a better job at home! I have relocated to this area and it looks like I will be traveling to Detroit every two weeks just for a fill. What an unbelievably unfortunate experience. I do not recommend this nail salon if you are used to and require detailed quality work!

The services here are not experience and the staff here is so friendly! Amazing service and just love them! They had made me feel so comfortable and relaxed with them being able to create shape and design for me!

First and last time to this salon! I was rushed from the time I stepped in til the time I left out. When you go to a salon, its your time for a little pampering. I was in and out of the chair, while before 3 other people who were there before me. They only offered water to select customers, and my pedicure looked awful. I was rushed with the dryer as well and my polish smudged before I walked out. They will never get my business again! Save your money!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would I paid $55 for some acrylics that have hair and glitter in them because the guy doing my nails dropped the brush on the ground and carelessly kept going , they’re all uneven and some nails are way thicker than the others. He also cut my finger open and didn’t even say anything when clearly it was bleeding as well as not caring to go back through underneath and get any left over acrylic. I do not recommend going here for acrylics they do not do a good job and they are all very careless as to what’s going on.

I grew up in Battle Creek, but moved away several years ago. I was in BC this Christmas holiday and found myself in need of a mani/pedi. My sister-in-law and I were easily accommodated on 12/23 with about 30 mns notice. We both received a french pedi. She went through the motion of removing the calluses, but didnt put any energy into actually removing them. The English is very halting and made communication difficult. The french portion of the pedi was nice. The blush portion was uneven, spotty and poorly manicured.We moved to the no chip manicure, which they tried to upsell to a set of false nails. I left with nail polish on my skin and a decent mani. It is 4 days later and my entire left hand has lifted and chipped away.They completed both services in 45 minutes. The experience was not unbearable, but it definitely was not top notch and worth what I paid. I pay the same prices in Chicago and my no chip never chips before 1.5 weeks.Ill be sure to not give them my business again.

Horrible attitude. Had to go back and have nails fixed, no refund or discount was issued even though every single nail was messed up. I came back and asked for someone else to fix it and they gave me the same guy. I am NOT happy. I spent 50 bucks on these nails and it is the worst I have ever had. I wasted over 2 hours there today. Had a regular pedicure today. Feet were in water for only 10 min. The entire process lasted 20 min. Fastest pedicure ever. Was left with dry callous skin on big toes so obviously didnt do a very good job with that either. Minimal massaging, very little nail care for 29 before tip. In Florida where I get pedicures regularly, I have one that is at least 45 min to an hour with a parrafin wax dip to finish the job, with an extensive massage of not just feet but the calves as well for only 20 before tip. Felt like no real effort was made. Insisted on payment before my nails were even dry. Herded my friend and I in like cattle. Worst service ever. Will never go back.

I am always greeted with smiling faces and offers of bottled water or pop if I have to wait. I have been to a few other places and was never totally satisfied but my gal here finishes my nails the best I have ever had. I am very picky but she remembers all my little quirks even with all of her other customers. She takes longer than any other place i have been to but it is due to how carefully she works - and it shows. I get frequent compliments from friends and strangers. If you are as picky as me, ask for Tammy ☺

This place has terrible service. The people are somewhat nice but the nails are terrible. I got my nails done today and they are lumpy, uneven, not the same length, and literally not even painted completely. The man doing my nails had no clue what he was doing. And he cut my finger the electric nail file. I literally just spent $45 on some nails that I could have done better myself, or bought at Wal-Mart 🤣 This is ridiculous. I will never return. The only places I have found nice are in Kalamazoo, they are cheaper AND do a better job! 💁🏻‍♀️ PLUS NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. It wasn’t that busy but they still rushed me. They hardly speak English and they don’t understand your complaints. I tried to explain to the guy that he needed to fix a couple of my toes but instead he redid them and wasted more time. I bought the expensive pedicure package and he rushed the hot stones, mask and warm towel. He hardly massaged my feet and legs and tried to get me to put my socks on without my feet dried. Not impressed and I honestly don’t know if I would go back.

They rush a pedicure..1st one was deluxe..n only 23 minutes..had a gift certificate on next n told them about first visit..the girl massaged a bit longer..but left with rough heels n they just arent as good as Ive had over the years...in other salons..

I came in two weeks ago with natural undamaged nails. I usually do my own shellac at home but it’s been over six months and wanted to go pamper myself. I got in fast with a walk in and was very pleased in my service. I have neglected my cuticles for awhile and the girl that helped me took her time and cleaned everything up nicely! Fast forward two weeks and I’m confident that bc nails can perform this same service again I walk in again yesterday. Greeted quickly, and immediately sat in a chair with a guy this time. He didn’t take his time at all. I wanted a shellac manicure. The same as the time before. He talked me into a powder dip because I asked if I could do an ombré of beach colors. He said he could only do that with powder dip. Which I’ve never gotten. So he did one nail I liked the colors so he continued. Now.... before this even started... when he was removing my shellac... which is supposed to soak and be removed... he rushed thru and just filed it off missing a LOT of the old product. So i was picking like there’s still some on there... he was pushy like ILL GET IT... but he wasn’t. And he burned me with the file tool many times. Never cleaned up my cuticles never soaked anything... any way... he gets thru with application and they! Look! Terrible! I say they’re really thick... he says I’ll fix them don’t worry... well... he never gave me a mani or shaped any nail so every single one was a different shape... after trying to thin them out I could see the lines of color underneath and they were still very thick and heavy... the product he applied didn’t even go the full length of my natural nail therefore I had MY NAIL sticking out at the end.... and I told him I didn’t like them... he scolded me for not liking them many times... and didn’t finish with me... he walked away for about twenty minutes as I’m soaking off these horrendous things and a nice lady named Amy helped finish me. I told him I was sorry and that of tip well but he just kept scolding me... I asked you if you like... I asked you if you like... yes he did and I did say I liked the color but I’m sure NOBODY WOULDVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE NAILS I GOT. I’m sorry I will not be returning here even tho Amy was extremely helpful, gentle, and took her time with me. She could see I was visibly upset to the point of tears here I am stuck in this place getting scolded by this man with these thing STUCK TO ME! I was mortified and I am very thankful for her kindness! My nails are damaged now and weird shaped but I’ll go get them fixed today... somewhere else! I have posted pictures but don’t know how to attach them here... the first and second go around there.

Its ok. I only ever go for pedicures. They do a decent job but dont always give you all that you pay for. I only go here if I have no other options.

The person I had did a good job with all my nails but my thumbs and was very forceful with my hands but took there time with tthe nail process I wouls go back just to a different person.

The staff is friendly, but don’t do a very good job. Need to find a different place to get my nails done. They charge almost $50 to put on the nails & then $35 for a fill, even though the quality isn’t good. I end up having to fix them every time on my own.

Me and my daughter went to BC Nails to get our nails done and then did a really messed up job they rushed doing everything and when I told them I wasnt happy with the results they had someone else paint over again and they put a hole bunch of nail glue they hurt my cuticles and my daughter is still in pain and we are not impressed by the way they did everything this is very messed up never will go back ended up going to Columbia Nails to have them fixed and repainted

I’ve never left a google review, but if you’re reading this, trust me and don’t waste your money. Poor quality and overpriced. Polish wasn’t even or smooth, and it chipped after three days. I’m from out of town and I’m used to paying $35 for a great mani/pedi at my Detroit area salon. I paid over $50 here and the quality was very disappointing.

Had a great pedicure done, but had to wait an hour after for my nails. My nails were horribly shaped, poorly painted, and the technician would not do multiple things I requested. However, when I first arrived I was told that someone could do the nails I requested, and that it was not busy and I would not have to wait. I paid 42 dollars for my gel nails alone. I did not have shallac or anything extra done like designs, I had basic gel nails. For basic gel nails it ranges 30 and up and most places charge 35, so I believe my tip was included in the initial price. I would not recommend going here unless you are just getting a simple pedicure done. The price is not worth the wait or the quality of the work.

He was rude to me for asking questions and even when I jumped because he sanded the skin on my finger and not the nail.
