Nobody knows what they are doing at this location the Kalamazoo office was so much better I’ve had nothing but problems and my time wasted here.

Was contacted by Amber Chapin in regards to coming in for an interview. She sent me a questionnaire to fill out. The very last page was not working, and the tick box was not ticking. Apparently this then disqualified me, because a page popped up saying that I could re-apply in 6 months?I do not do drugs, I do not drink alcohol, and Im always on time for work. Half of the questions were all do you do meth, do you do cocaine. I then received a voicemail from Amber in the morning around 9:21 AM today (07/13/2018) and it said she was looking forward to meeting me at our 2 PM appointment.Then at 9:23 AM, She called again and left another voicemail, and advised that I did not need to show up as I did not meet their criteria at this point. She said to call her with any questions. I called and got hung up on by a Jessica. I then called back and talked to someone else who pulled up my information and said that I did not meet their criteria, and she could not tell me why because of company policy.It was your website or my browser experiencing a technical issue. They are all robots, as I emailed Amber (see screenshot below) and I was told the same thing for their company policy etc. It is very unprofessional in my opinion, and I will definitely not be contacting them again.******UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER***********My application was denied again for unknown reasons and said to apply again in 6 months.

The branch in Kzoo is 1000x better, people at this branch are rude and dont seem motivated to help others find work.I went in for an interview and had to wait 30 minutes past the scheduled time because the woman interviewing me was planning a funeral.

I love working with this Branch. They are always so cheerful and polite.

Job was further than was told it was
