I have made over 5,000 calls this week, probably about 2000 just today, set at my computer watching a waiting screen for 10+ hours and sent multiple messages through the online system (first one was sent a week ago) and have yet to speak to anyone or be contacted by anyone! My money is being withheld from me over honest mistakes made when certifying for my weekly benefits (this is my first time ever having to apply for unemployment and go through this proccess). At this point i feel like i am being purposely ignored! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I have bills to pay, pets to feed and groceries to buy! SOMEONE FROM UIA NEEDS TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY! I HAVE CONTACTED OUR LOCAL STATE REP ABOUT THIS B/S!

No one is there, have to call for appointment and no one answers the phone

Myself and a few others have been trying to contact the office and cannot get through, Ive been unable to certify for several weeks. Each time Im being asked to open the end additional claim which I have and nothing happens.

They closed but google says they are open?
