The trucks are always in great mechanical shape but the lack of cleaning is a subject matter....

The prices are much higher than normal, but, still good service, great staff and still cheaper than Uhaul.

In spite of the Covid 19 restrictions, I had a positive experience at Enterprise Truck Rental. I called that morning and was able to reserve a truck right away. The representative took care of me in a timely manner, and I was off about my business. Return was simple and easy. After hours return is awesome. The next day I had an invoice by email and all was well.

Ive attempted to rent a truck now 3 separate times from this location. I book it then get a call the day of telling me they are canceling the reservation because they do not have the truck. You need a better system

Salesman Leslie Gifford was helpful and knowledgeable. Would return anytime and would recommend to friends. Reasonable and fair rates. Go there for all your truck needs!

Very pleased with the results

Wish I could give lower than 1 star. I get there at noon for my reservation. They tell me none of their 1500 trucks have hitch receivers but their 2500 do. Not sure why you would remove receivers from a truck but thats a different issue. After standing in the sun, a guy peeks his head outside and explains this. Looks at my reservation and says he could get me into a 2500 on my reservation. Only problem is all are getting oil change at Firestone. No problem, I say, Ill come back. I call 2 hours later, nothing has come in and they close at 5. At 3:40 I call again, I go on hold. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I get a ride there, still being on hold. I knock on the door and they answer. Theyve just been ignoring phone calls for the last hour. They now have a truck but now want $49/day more. None of which was discussed at the time. So ive spoken to them three times, once face to face. 2nd call was 30 minutes on hold before I drove there where still on hold. They never discussed this added feeuntil then.I rent vehicles often. This was the rudest, most unprofessional rental experience Ive ever had. I dont think I have ever written an online review, but their incompetence and outright rudeness drives me to do so. If you must rent a vehicle from this location of enterprise, save yourself the time and just smash your hand with a hammer. It will save you time and will probably be more pleasurable.
