Do not use. Will leave you in a bind. Will put false info on your taxes,overcharge you,not respond and difficult to get in touch with, lie about sending in information that he was suppose to. Expect to get audited if you use. You can get a much better quality and legal service for less money elsewhere.

Scammers. Never answer the phone once they have your info. Give you the run around. Messed up our taxes and won’t email us back.

You know the saying you get what you pay for? It’s the opposite here, their services are overly expensive with a side of terrible customer service. Took weeks for me to get a response about my taxes, only for my taxes to be submitted and done wrong and I got a letter from the IRS. Emailed to see what was the problem and to question about the amount we paid them whether it was percentage based or a flat fee only to never get a response.

Outstanding service

I trusted the wrong person. I considered this person family and never thought I would get so screwed over. Told me my 2019 and 2020 taxes were filed only to get the IRS calling and sending emails that my taxes were way over due. Now I owe the state and feds back taxes with penalties and interests. I cant even get a loan from SBA to help prepare my house from Ida because of this BS. Best part, they wont even call me back...no where to be found!
