Filed my taxes incorrectly which now requires an amendment. Theyre frustrated and dont want to process the amendment. They are currently screening and ignoring my calls but managed to email me about a payment. Very unprofessional!!!!! They didnt even deserve the 1 star.

Ive been going to Gwens Tax service almost 10 years and she has been constantly professional since day one. I referral people to her all the time. When I need tax advice I go see Ms. Gwen!

Great service. Very busy so dont be a last minute person that wants your emergency to be their problem😁 other than that you will be satisfied with the experience.

I was skeptical about this place because of the reviews, but I’m so glad I listened to my friend and her brother who has a great experience with Mrs Gwen and went anyway! She made sure that I was filing everything correctly and took care of some things that I wouldn’t think to file myself. BE PREPARED TO WAIT! I did wait in the lobby for a good hour before being seen, even though I had an appointment, but it didn’t matter because I ended up getting money instead of owing like turbo tax was telling me. I’m so thankful I was told about this place and will definitely be doing my taxes with her every year!

Horrifying and anxiety inducing experience. Took a month to get them on phone and there is static on the line. They input my adjusted income wrong and my taxes got rejected TWICE and they neglected to let me know. This caused so many problems and misunderstandings with my school financial aid. I only found out because I called the IRS to find out and by that point it was better to not even file my taxes for 2016 and I lost a chance to get my refund. I got better results doing it through Turbo Tax with my 65 yr old dad. But, if you must use theyre services, be prepared to show up physically at theyre office to get results.

Worst place ever. Definitely crooked. Still haven’t received my taxes due to her messing my earnings amount up so I’m being reviewed by the IrS and god knows when I’ll receive them if I do. Found out she charges $200 for a free service to do taxes and it’s cash only so I’m sure she’s not claiming income she receives for doing taxes. She also puts us as the preparer instead of herself so she obviously won’t get in trouble if something comes up. ILLEGAL all the way around and now I’m freaking screwed.Would put a 0 if I could.Been using them 3 years now and just now finding all this out. Don’t be fooled into thinking she’s getting you a lot back if you thought you owed bc it’s a lie and you’ll get caught one day. Hopefully she will too.

They are really awesome people in this facility. They treat you like family . Move quickly and according. Very professional

The worst experience also .I left a message with the receptionist and they never replied .Have called during business hours in numerous occasions and they never answer .My taxes were not accepted due to an error and tried to beat the deadline and never could get in touch with them until weeks later.Well happened to find out they use a software that is free to all and they charge $180 and on my tax papers they didnt even put their signature and says i prepared my own taxes .Hell will i go back to these people .Just fyi .seek professional tax preparers that can be there year long to answer any of your questions , not like these people .I would rate them a definate -0

Have been trying to get in touch all morning without any success. It has been over a month since I filed my taxes and no return yet. There must be a mistake made on their part. Sad to have read other similar reviews.

If I could mark a 0 I would. The worst I do mean worst experience Ive ever had in my life! Filed taxes 2/18 and still sending stuff in myself that the IRS didnt receive from Gwens Tax Service. First and last time. Never have I ever had this much problems filing taxes!!!!!!!
