I originally called looking for someone to help startup and maintain my new saltwater pool. While Lagniappe was out of my service area the owner was super helpful in explaining how my system should work over the phone. I sent pictures of my equipment and he thoroughly explained my system to me. He never once got aggravated and was extremely pleasant the entire phone call! I would recommend Lagniappe solely on this interaction alone.

I have a large, 3-tier fountain that has the pump and filter of a swimming pool. The truth is that I have had trouble finding people to service it. Not any more! Matthew Able, the owner of Lagniappe Pool Service, just replaced my filter component, a relatively big-ticket item. After being frustrated for so many years when I needed repairs, Matthew was a breath of fresh air. Calls were promptly returned. His knowledge and experience in servicing pools, combined with the professional way he approaches his business, let me know that I could trust him. We had to wait for some of the parts to come in, but Matthew kept me apprised of what was going on. Best of all, he was a good sport about letting my dog think he was supervising, so I have it on good authority that he is dog-approved!

Matthew has repiped my filter when I changed the sand and replaced my pump. His prices are very reasonable. I had a problem and told him, he came right back out to check on it for me and called to explain what he thought the issues could be and even referred me to someone who could help me. Lagniappe Pool Service was excellent. My call was returned the same day. Matthew accepted pictures of my pump that needed to be replaced, which eliminated the home visit to provide a quote. A quote was provided over the phone (again on the same day) an the service was completed within three days. I would use this company again, and refer them to anyone in need of pool service.

AWESOME service!! I called Matthew in regards to wrinkles in bottom of pool and liner coming out of the track. Matthew called me same day, it was a Friday and already had appointments set up for the weekend. He came out Monday to look at the pool, Tuesday he was at my house fixing it. I was told by other reputable pool companies that it couldnt be fixed and that I would have to put in a new liner, my liner is ONLY 3 years old!! Matthew did what he said he would do and at a VERY reasonable price. WILL DEFINITELY BE USING LAGNIAPPE POOL SERVICE IN THE FUTURE!!
