Purchased pool early Spring and had installed. The installers did a great job. Very quick, professional, and even left the yard in great condition after lots of rain. We did have an issue with filter leaking after a couple months. Service tech came out and was able to stop it. About a month later it started leaking again. Took a while to get it fixed and had some communication issues but once Ms. Joan reached out she went to work and did exactly what she said she would do resolving the leak within 2 business days. Rather than trying to do a fix that may or may not last, she replaced the entire unit. Thank you for taking care of us!

Very dissatisfied with the lack of commitment to the service call. I initiated a service call to Clearwater to have my Morgan Spa serviced, the technician was dispatched to service the spa on March 8th. When he finished I was told I needed a pump and the tubing to a jet was broken and would require the housing for a new jet. The service technician said that he believed that would be easy to replace the jet but was concerned that the pump would be difficult to find due to the brand of the spa. he said the pump would be expensive and the full repairs would range from $700 - $1100. He further stated that he would be able to easily replace the jet housing because he could buy a larger one and enlarge the hole to have it placed.He said it would take approximately 10-15 days to get the parts ordered and I would hear from the manager since he was the one responsible for ordering the parts. I never heard back from anyone, and finally called the store on March 30, 2021, I had to call three (3) times to get someone on the phone. Finally, I spoke with Brian and was told the delay was in finding a pump for the spa, I told him I had found one and would be happy to purchase it but would like to confirm the part number with the service technician. He told me he would ask him to call me, I never received this call. I later called back to speak with Brian the next month and informed him that I was still waiting on a call from the service tech, he behaved as if he was shocked and promised a call back. The call never came, finally I remembered the service tech had phoned me on the initial visit to alert me of his arrival to my home, I used deductive reasoning to locate his number. I called the service tech and was shocked to hear him say, the pump is not the issue, it is the jet. I did not tell him that I had earlier spoken with Brian, I knew at this moment I was being taken advantage of. Making a long story short, it is now May 28, 2021, I just spoke with Brian and was told the Service Tech is not comfortable with my repairs as he feels the jet will be hard to replace. (the same jet he said on the initial visit would be an easy fix). I am very concerned about the intent in all of the runaround, lies and misinformation. I would never buy anything from them nor will I have anything replaced from this business, I feel they are not honest and I cannot afford to do business with anyone who is not. Upon my repeated calls, was told they couldnt repair my spa.I was referred to them by my cousin who has a pool and spa, she has new concerns after I shared my experience. She too recalls the difference in what they say at service over what the service manager shares.

If quality products and customer service is what you are looking for, look no further. You have arrived at your destination. Im a first time pool buyer and live hours away but Ms Joan (& Team) literally made this experience as easy as buying a loaf of bread, and all from the comforts of home. Customer service during and after the purchase was excellent. Had one little problem after installation with air getting into the system. Made one call and within minutes they worked with me to resolve what turned out to be a very very simple fix (customer error LOL). If quality products and service after the sale is important to you as it is to me, give Clearwater Pool & Spa a call.

These people know pools. They help us keep the pool in great shape all year, but after the 2016 flood that left us with a pool full of nasty, murky river water, they helped return it to pristine condition quickly.

I talked to Terri to on the phone about spa amazing job she did. After got to the local ape dealer and get no assistance. I wished the would open a location in Lafayette la. The location palace are so rude!!!! Can’t wait to purchase a spa from them. Thanks again for taking the time to talk to me and explain what I need to move forward.

After our purchase, we have continued to replenish our chemicals and supplies at Clearwater in Baton Rouge. Anytime we need help or assistance the staff and owner are there for us. Ms. Joan really cares about her customers and is willing to go above and beyond to help if you have a concern. *UPDATE* to my post regarding Clearwater Pool & Spa / Mr. Joan.After making my concerns and issues known to him personally, he made great effort to assure me that his business is in the business, of offering quality service and products, and that if there is a shortcoming he is especially concerned about service after the sale and making it right. I am glad I gave him the opportunity to do so and I would recommend them and their products.For starters, my experience was worse than I can even explain. From buying the most expensive vacuum they offer, getting it home and finding out it was used with missing parts. Opening up a pool and figuring out that I didn’t even know what I purchased, because the parts looked nothing like what was expected. Not only that, I did not get everything that was needed to set the pump up. I was quoted a price for everything that I wanted over the phone. When I went to purchase what was discussed, my sales person did not have one thing wrote down nor did he/she remembered any thing that was talked about. The information for being a first time pool buyer was so poor, I would have been better off buying a pool off the internet and figuring it out myself. I will steer anyone I know looking for a pool away from there. My experience was not worth the money i spent and I did not get exactly what I want.

Without a doubt the worst experience I have had in a long time. Called 2 weeks ago still waiting on a call back. Took the time to go there today they dont have parts on hand but I can bring them all the information and they can order. Why would I do that, I can order and save money.It was a joke. Wont waste my time going there again.They will probably delete this post.

The service is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to listen and offer good suggestions and solutions without being pushy. This is definitely my go-to-place for chemicals and advice. After a great deal if shopping around this was where we bought our pool and were sticking with Clearwater.

This is a great place to visit and see above ground pools working on the property along with superior customer services. It has a very large showroom with great pool accessories as well. Check them out before you buy anywhere else.

WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS.Early last week I called about getting my pool cleaned. The person I needed to speak with was busy at the time, so I left a message. On Thursday I called back, left another message. Saturday, I went to the store, explained my situation to a staff member. I left another message. The staff member assured me that my contact info. would be given to the appropriate person. Here it is Wednesday; I have not been contacted by anyone. This is no way to treat a customer who is trying to support your business. I’m very disappointed.

Troy and his crew really know their business. I first found out about Pool and Spa in the old days when Forest Pitre and his wife tested our water for free. Since then weve moved and had a chance to use Troy, the new owner, who was very competitive and prompt. Installed a spa, were older now, and enjoy it often.
