From the initial consultation to far after the pool is completed, we have had very positive experiences.They will spend as much time as you need on every detail of the design concept, and/or work with a design you may already have from an architect. During the construction process, we were very satisfied that Lucas was present on the job site for all of the key phases. We were always pleased with his responsiveness for any questions via text, call or email.Lucas made very sure we were completely satisfied and everything was finished and working properly. The finished product was beautiful. Our pool was finished about 2 years ago, and Lucas has continued to make himself available if we needed help or for any questions.We have also used their monthly maintenance program which we have been very pleased. This part of the business is run by Lucas wife, Jenny. Like, Lucas she is always responsive for any issues and questions. They have done a great job keeping the pool clean and running properly.

The Lucas Firmin pool company has been taking care of our pool for several years. We have been so pleased with the quality service they provide. At times our pool has lots of debris due to storms and the trees near our pool. The friendly service staff always take care of whatever pool needs they encounter. Its like pulling teeth to get Lucas to return calls. When he is done with the pool, so is his services. UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY: I needed Lucas to call me back in JANUARY, not April. I called another pool contractor and paid them to answer my questions. Last summer, same thing. We left Lucas several messages and it wasnt until I gave him a bad review was when he finally called us back....begging me to delete the review which I did. Our waterfall is still leaking and its been over 8 months since we reported it to your company and the last message we got then was some guy named Juan is not getting back with you.
