I love this privately owned jeweler and have been frequenting it to purchase jewelry for the last twenty years. Recently ,I purchased my diamond wedding band and my husbands gold wedding band as well as repair and widen my mothers ring. The purchased rings are excellent quality and comparable in price to other stores. The service was professional , and the wine and coffee made our experience wonderful. But, the ring, when it was returned to me , made me cry. The diamonds were beautiful, and the professional cleaning made my wearable ring look stunning! Thank you

I ordered my wifes wedding ring from Pattons online catalog. I have never been there in person to this day, but the ring I ordered from them was a few hundred dollars cheaper (still brand new) than every other jewelry store Id looked at. Throughout the whole process I was in contact with an employee named Amanda who was very polite and helpful throughout the entire process. They even had to reship the ring twice because of a bad address. Best jewelry store out there, Id recommend these guys to anyone, and I have.

On Tuesday March 9, I stopped at Patton’s fine jewelry to get a battery for my watch. Unfortunately they were unable to help me due to the type of watch that I had. It would have been easy for the Consultant Tanisha Moore to simply have given me that information and let me go. However, Miss Moore took the time to inform me that there was a place that she could refer me to that could possibly assist me. As it turned out that recommendation worked well beyond my expectation. FANTASTIC!Shopping at Pattons is a fun and relaxing experience. Cheryl greeted me by name, even though my visits the last few years were to get my jewelry cleaned and window shop. Of course being offered chocolate and a wide selection of drinks to have as you browse puts you at ease. Today I was looking for a Grandmother’s ring that was not the traditional mother/grandmother ring. Immediately she brought out a selection of antique style stacking rings and also beautiful east west stacking rings with diamond bands. Then Cheryl brought a book displaying larger architectural pieces that could have stones added in different locations as the number of Grandchildren grows. As we talked about what I liked and disliked she brought other rings out as well as photos of different styles. I fell in love with one set but the ring artisan company did not carry it with a sapphire because cutting a sapphire in that way, a specialty cut, Would make the ring too expensive. There were several others I liked but I left waiting to decide when my daughter could look too. This afternoon I was emailed several other ring possibilities one very similar to my favorite!Pattons has been our jeweler for almost twenty years. They get to know you and really want you to leave only with pieces you love!

I visited Pattons Jewelers with a watch that was a gift. I knew nothing about the watch. A pin had broken out of the watch band. The lady that waited on me taught me things that I was unaware of about the watch. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, patient and understanding. While my watch was being repaired I looked around the store at the jewelry. To my surprise the jewelry was not only beautiful but reasonably priced. I was very impressed with the layout of the store and was happy that I chose to have them repair my jewelry. When I left the store I forgot my eye glasses in the store. I didn’t realize that I had left them. A day or so later the lady contacted me and notified me that they had my glasses. I was astounded that these busy individuals took the time out to watch their recordings to see who’s glasses was left in their store. I was very grateful that they were caring enough to return my glasses. Since that time I have decided to make Pattons my jewelry store. I will shop there for all of my jewelry needs.
