Ashleigh H. is ALWAYS on point with taking care of my hair and following up with a gorgeous style! She takes her time but is respectful of MY time and gets me in and out without feeling rushed. Mary Margaret did an excellent job on my hair and made me feel very welcome! She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I asked for. I loved that she kept the length of my hair. She also gave me product recommendations for curly hair, because I am trying to learn how to take care of mine. I will definitely be coming back.

My first time coming to Air, and it was a lovely experience. My stylist Brittni was very professional and also made me feel super comfortable. She is the second person ever to style my hair, after ten years of having the same stylist back where I’m from in NY! I would love to come back as a regular client. Mary Margaret is everything I’d want in a hairstylist for my type of hair. I have Italian ancestry and my hair is very course and curly but I don’t wear it naturally so it takes fixing, but having someone like Mary who knows how to work with it is very refreshing. I’ve had people see my hair and get intimidated or rush through and while it does take patience, it only needs a little extra love and Mary knows just what to do to where it takes only a little over an hour for my airstyles. Plus, we talk and laugh most of the time. She also mentioned to me that Air Salon had a curly-haired class to teach about textured hair and I think that’s awesome. Growing up I could never find someone who specialized in my hair so I’m glad girls now will have people like Mary Margaret!

The Salon at Perkins Rowe is always so clean and the staff are very professional and understand what the needs of the customer are. I love that they stay open late so that I can make appointments after work hours. Great service

Margaret was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable during conversations and throughout the entire process. She reviewed with me before the appointment to make sure I was committed to the color before she started. We actually made a change and she was able to smoothly accommodate that change. I was very happy with the results!

Ash was AMAZING! I have very long and curly hair and she made it such a quick and easy process. I normally spend 3-4 hours in salons to get my hair straightened and she knocked it out in half of the time! I can’t wait to go back!

Whitney was amazing! She styled my hair and did a blow out of my niece’s hair. My niece has extremely curly hair and hadn’t ever had a blowout before. Amber did an excellent job styling my hair for my granddaughter’s wedding. It looked so pretty and held well for the evening. The shop is always so clean, and the staff is friendly.

Dallas is so attentive and knows exactly what I need when I come in. My hair cuts are always excellent and meticulous. The way she cuts my layers is perfect. I have really fine, thin hair and have often had an issue with layers being too choppy or getting cut too short. However, with Dallas I know I’m in good hands. Also, she’s very kind and bubbly. 10/10 would recommend.

Dallas did an amazing job with my hair she was gentle with my hair yet very thorough and the outcome was exactly what I had pictured. My shadow roots are seamlessly blended and even after it being bleached my hair feels so healthy. She’s a great conversationalist if you like to talk while getting your hair done but if you’re not then she won’t try and force a conversation. Overall best experience getting my hair dyed and trimmed.

Shannon is amazing at what she does. She is professional and cares about her clients. I am not normally a person that goes to fancy salons for hair services but Shannon makes it worthwhile. Im not used to paying such a high price for services either but once again when you get high quality its not as hard to do. It was a great experience, nice to treat myself for a change.

It’s SO hard to go to a new hairdresser and new salon when relocating, but I felt relaxed as soon as I entered the salon - even with COVID! The salon is very nice and the way it’s set up is very comfortable (that too is very important to me!) as we’ve lived all over the country due to my husband’s job, and feeling comfortable about a salon’s surroundings is part of the experience. No matter how much I like a hairdresser, I don’t want to be stressed at hair appointments due to an uncomfortable environment. Not only is Emily’s work beautiful, she is such a lovely lady - I felt as though I’d known her for ages. I came because I thought I would get what I wanted. I’m using my husbands account but I’m a woman.I wanted a balayage (ash tones) she said it would have to be caramel, I agreed. But they charged me almost $300 just to make my hair (dark brown) light brown on some areas, I think that was overpriced tbh because it’s not even noticeable. They don’t use heat protectant, barely used product for my after blowout (so hair ended super frizzy) and the lady scratched my head too bad while shampooing. Also her assistant kept pulling my hair soo hard. It’s a beautiful place but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Just wanted to share my experience at Air Salon! Jacob was my stylist and he was wonderful, as usual. He is so very personable, always very pleasant and such a talented stylist! He is so knowledgeable and always does a consult prior to delivering whatever service you have requested. I have been to him several times and he does not disappoint. This was the 1st time Jacob styled my hair and I expressed what I wanted. Jacob listened and took the time needed and my have turned out fabulous, it felt like Jacob had been styling my hair for years! Jacob is amazing!!

20/10 had the best experience! Been going to the same salon for years and decided to switch things up and come here for the first time and I loved every second of it! Everyone was super sweet and took really good care of me!

As always, I got a great haircut! I’m so glad that the salon and my stylist are taking so many precautions! Including many, many other measures, my temperature was taken before my cut, I signed a guest log, both Amanda and I wore a mask the entire time, everything was thoroughly disinfected, and the salon didn’t allow in more than one client at a time per stylist (there’s a sign explaining this). My mind was at ease as I got a very badly needed haircut. Thanks Amanda and thanks Air Salon!

I highly recommend Allie!! She was extremely kind, made me feel relaxed, and listened to my concerns regarding my hair cut upon my arrival. Allie also walked me through all of the products she used to treat and style my hair! She explained how to use each of them when Im home on my own thoroughly. Once she was finished, she even offered to curl my hair! Finally, Allie made sure all of my initial needs that were addressed were met and made adjustments as I requested. I left feeling confident and extremely happy with the service I received! I left feeling like I had just made a friend :)

My experience at Air is always amazing! In light of Covid-19, Amanda, Sally, and the other stylists managed to make me feel so safe and protected while still providing the same amazing experience I have come to love. Immediately upon entering the salon, Sally greeted me, checked me in, and politely asked me to wait in my car until Amanda was ready. When I came back in Sally went through the rest of the protocol with me and was diligent, polite, and courteous. I felt like she cared about the safety of everyone in the salon, as well as my experience as a customer. Before I sat down to have my hair washed, Amanda cleaned the shampoo bowl and wiped down the chair for me. She also explained to me some of Airs new protocol - such as no longer providing something to drink - so that I understood the rules and was comfortable during my service. On top of all of this, I received an incredible (and much needed!!) haircut. I was counting down the seconds until I could come have my hair done by Amanda and she did not disappoint! Thank yall for always making me feel my best.

Wonderful service, and results! This was my first time visiting, and I was extremely pleased. Raychel did wonderful work on my hair. The studio was well kept, and clean. The waiting area was welcoming and comfortable, as were the studio and wash room chairs. All the employees were competent and efficient as well. I will definitely be returning!

Alex was super sweet and took her time to make sure my hair turned out exactly as I wanted. I was surprised how perfectly she matched the color to the picture I showed her! I will definitely go back to Alex once I need it touched up, great experience.

I had my hair bleached here after having it bleached at other salons. I told my stylist about my previous and relatively recent hair lightening at the other salons and what my hair has been through to warn him that my hair is fairly fragile. I also said that the other salons were having trouble removing the box dye out of hair. He reassured me that my hair still felt healthy and proceeded to bleach it. After he was done coloring my hair, he had another lady give me that blowout look at the end. She was so rough pulling my hair that I felt like I was bald afterwards. When I went to wash my hair a few days after, my hair was so gummy and stretchy. There was breakage left and right, and when it dried, it was a frizzy, dry mess. I ended up cutting all of my hair to above shoulder-length to get rid of all that dead hair. The stylists and receptionists were nice; I just did not like how my hair felt afterwards and will probably not bleach my hair again.

I cannot day enough about the quality of the service I received today by Shannon. My hair looks absolutely beautiful, and it is exactly what I wanted! Her attention to detail and quality of work is so very appreciated. Thank you!!!

I have been going to Air Salon for about a year now. I have always had a great experience. I was trying to stay with the same person but recently she was not available so I scheduled with Alex for highlights. Alex really listened to what I wanted. I feel like I have a hard time explaining what I am envisioning for my hair, as far as color and tones, but for whatever reason, Alex really got what I tried to explain from the beginning, to the toner, and finally to giving me a little bit of bangs I could swoop over and tuck behind my ear. I am 42, and in my experience, not everyone has the “knack “ or ability to do this, but Alex definitely does and my hair came out beautiful, exactly how I wanted and she really surpassed my expectations.

Love getting my hair done here. Dallas is an angel sent straight from heaven to grace us humans with great hair. I absolutely love her and the amazing work that she does. I’ve been going to Dallas for over 4 years now and she never disappoints. 10 out of 10 every time.

The staff was great and I enjoyed my time. I am tender headed and my hair dresser made sure that my experience was relaxing and painless.
