Turnkey has the bench to handle our day to day support needs in a timely way but also to delve into layered tickets where there are cross issues with our VOIP system and the network. In emergencies, there on site dispatch time is very small. We have a medical clinic with ten providers, four locations and over 70 employees. I couldnt operate with out them.

Turnkey Solutions have been extremely helpful with all our IT needs. When there is an issue the problem is corrected expeditiously. Turnkey also anticipates the IT needs of our company in advance. I needed to add more folders to our copy machine to be able to scan documents to the correct folders, and remove folders that aren longer active. The young lady that helped me was patient, courteous, and didnt rush me, or sound like I was getting on her nerves. I appreciate that.
