Royce replaced my mechanical hard drive with a 1 TB solid state hard drive from Amazon at the same price other PC repairmen wanted to charge for 1/2 TB hard drive. He also upgraded my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10 & installed Office 365 at no additional cost. He also added 8 GB of additional RAM to my PC at no additional cost. He was able to save all of my personal files , web browser bookmarks, used IDs, & passwords. He charged me only for the hard drive & his labor. My PC was ready the next day. He is very knowledgeable & friendly & answered all my questions. I highly recommend.

They inspected my rig for free and gave me a very fair price to repair it. He told me that if he couldnt repair the rig, the work would be free, which in this day and age is far and few between.
