I would highly recommend David. He diagnosed my Mac issue over the phone, quoted me a very reasonable price, guaranteed his work, and completed the job before the deadline. Great experience. David gave me an estimate when I dropped my computer off and told me it should be ready the next day (which is a pretty quick turnaround for the repair I needed). He updated me when the problem was confirmed. The price stayed within the estimate he gave me at the beginning, and there were no unexpected fees. David recovered the data on my failing MACBook Pro hard drive, replaced the old hard drive with a digital one, updated my operating system (which I had not been able to do) and reloaded everything back onto the new hard drive.
