Put my tire on backwards and refused to see about it and admit their wrong.. told me to go let someone else see about it, terrible

Great service and very friendly. They had me in and out in 20 mins with no issues. The only place I go for my tires.

I went to my front tire changed today 5/23/2020. While changing my tire they broke two my bolts and and the screws where you put the tire. They guy kept saying you three bad ones. Not one time did he mention the two he broke and he didnt even offer to replace them. I will never go back. Im getting a lawyer!!

Worst experience ever.. went to get my brake pads changed, the guy does the brakes and we get the old break pads back so we can return them, we pay and tip $5 and leave, we get not even a quarter mile up airline hwy. and almost crash into an 18 wheeler because the car wont stop at all, I had to drive on to the median to make the car slow down, thankfully it worked and I could swerve and get to the gas station and put the car in park once it stopped. we call and tell them what happened and that he needs to come get us, he says he forgot to pump the brakes. he gets there and tells us one of the brake pads is gone, it fell off. he takes our car to the shop and tells us to drive his car... with no license plate or temp tag. we get there and hes putting the tire back on and tells us the brake pad didnt fall off and drives it and says everything is fine, we ask what fell off the car he says he doesnt know and everything Is fine the brakes are fine. we leave and go to the autozone on the other side of airline to return the breaks we put in the back of our car and they are nowhere to be found. so we drive back to the car shop AGAIN. we ask them where our breaks are and the guy closes the box and gives them to us and said he needed to look at them but we opened it and there were only 3 brakes in the box. So now we know that he put the old brake pad we came there with back on the car and lied and said it didnt fall off and let us leave thinking we had new breaks on the car. so now we have to wait again,  another guy sent someone to get more new brake pads and tells us that in fact the guy did put the old brake pad on there and so hes putting new ones on there for us. After hes done  we ask for the money back for the break Job and he did not want to give us the money because he fixed the problem, I told him that they created the problem and weve wasted our whole day coming back here twice. He says we have to come back tomorrow to get the money but He ends up giving us the money because during this whole thing his dog steps on my boyfriends shoe and gets oil all over the top of his brand new shoe, he says something about it and  the guy laughs and they dont care at all. Now theyre being rude even after all that. We did not want him to pay for the shoes, but he couldnt even apologize. The dog should have been tied up anyway we didnt come to a pet store we came to an auto shop. This was the worst customer service and auto service Ive ever seen or received, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
