Great experience! She was very sweet and had great energy.

Had this storage unit for quite a few years. No complaints with safety or security. Office staff is always friendly. The only downside is the frequent increases in the cost of the unit. When I first got the unit I as paying around 99. By the time I ended my usage, I was paying 135.

We flooded 2 years ago this month and were desperate to find a storage unit to put things in we were able to save. We found one at this place which wasnt close to us at all but we needed it. We have been renting 1 large climate control unit here for right at almost 2 years and at one point even added another climate control unit so that was a total of 2 units here for a while. We were great tenants always paid every month and never were a problem. My husband recently lost his job and we are going through a tough time, so we decided it was time to go ahead and clean out our unit and move out, that would also save us some money. I myself was at work when my husband decided to do this. We had ALREADY PAID FOR THE WHOLE MONTH and was only into it about 15 days. I called and asked if we could PLEASE get some sort of refund or prorated credit since we WASNT there a whole month and been renting from there for so long as good tenants. I was told no by the lady there that said she was a GM there now, she said she had spoken to the people higher up than her. Very upset about the ending here! Will def think twice about ever renting at Cube Smart again or recommending them. This is how a long time loyal customer gets treated in the end in tough times they are experiencing once again!

She takes immaculate care of this facility and goes above and beyond to assist existing renters as well a new renters.

My Experience at cubesmart made everything go smooth on a very hectic day.
