Great communication when service days changed and everything put out is always picked up. They are expensive though.

Get you in with low prices and stick you with hidden fees. Avoid this company at all costs! I had them for two years and had to call them out multiple times for hidden charges on my account. I had prepaid for the year and yet they stick in charges here and there, and then charge me late fees on top of it. Finally I got tired of it and cancelled the service and made full payment, as confirmed by their service department. Then they charged me to come pick up their own property... fine, paid that. Then they charged me for days after I canceled and fuel to come pick up their property. Talked to them again and they did me a favor by knocking charges in half. Well see what theyll charge me for next.

Your driver in warrenville IL today in a flatbed was blocking a street causing a comittion in front of my house. Your driver was switching cans out at a house and was blocking the street for more than 5 minutes. All he had to do was move out of someones way literqlly back up a few inches and he didnt. Your driver got in a screaming match with my neighbor while my kids watched. Very unprofessional.

Very nice people to do to do business with

They picked up my recycling and did not pick up my trash. I called them and let them know. They said that they would have somebody back out to pick up my trash. Well 2 days later they call me to tell me somebody came by already and they cant come back out to the next normal pick up date. Now i have a full garbage can with more garbage in my garage with no room to put it in. They picked up everybody elses garbage on my street but mine. This is not the first time.

If I could give a zero star I would. They are rude to customers. And I had paid my bill and they kept sticking pink notices on my cans saying they were cutting me off. I called and they said it was never paid. They cashed the check that I had sent out and I had to send them front and back photos are the check and again today I got another pink notice for the same time. Im done with this company and I do not recommend getting garbage disposal with them. Very poor customer service not to mention they try to steal from you... I am definitely calling the better business

Second time in new year recycleables were not collected.

Worst customer service was on hold for 30 minutes and still did not answer and they steal from you, you pay the bill but wont pick up the trash.

Horrible experience. Waste Management raised my price 50% and provides the worst service.
