Our business used Advanced Disposal, in January our bill was doubled and tripled on some line items, when inquired, was told that all services went up. Getting the run around was ultimately referred to sales rep Randy Jones, who stated, dont pay it, he would correct it on Feb bill. Feb came, bill adjusted to correct rate with a past due amount. Paid the current correct amount, only to then have our service stopped. Garbage overflowed from our dumpster, they refused to pick it up. Everyday they said it would get picked up, it did not. I then informed them to cancel the service, I had the service replaced with Grout (far better service, price and dumpster). They left the dumpster for weeks before finally picking it up. They never adjusted the bill, I continued to receive bills for the past due amount in January, yesterday I received a letter stating that our account was being sent to collections and that service had been stopped for non payment, in addition to a $55 suspension fee being added. The level of stupidity is beyond belief, every level of customer service with each person who answered the phone was nothing but unprofessional, rude, not one person knows what is going on, and not one person has the authority or knowledge to correct anything - it is a total cluster F....., I am absolutely baffled at how a company can operate this way, who is the management team and why have they not been replaced? You literally cant make this stuff up.....

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are the worst. Customer service tells you one thing, services are not provided as promised, no one calls you back. Their service truly is garbage!

Scheduled for pick up of extra items for normal pick up day (Tuesday), but some items left at curb. Called Wed and was assured all to be picked up Thurs. I paid for these extra items to be picked up! Now Fri, items remain at curb and am now told pick up will be on my next normal day....which is pushed an extra day due to holiday weekend. Someones got their head up where the sun doesnt shine!

CAUTION AS A CONSUMER - The other negative reviews are true. Advanced Disposal will up-charge you, not provide the requested services and incorrectly bill you. Choose another waste removal service if you have the option. I requested to pay a years service fee. They gave me the amount and then did not appropriately account for the payment. This caused late fees, service interruptions and hours of telephone calls with their customer service department; which is a total waste of time. Three (3) months later and I am still trying to resolve this issue.

These guys are efficient and always out, regardless of the weather. Ive had to call the office a few times and the customer service has always been stellar. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is I wish they would close the tops of the bins when they are finished, especially when its rainy or snowy. But Im sure that would add a lot of extra time to their day, so I understand. It would just be nice for the customer to not have a rain or snow filled bin to clean out.

No words can describe how awful this organization is. How hard can it be to schedule a trash service? Apparently, pretty dang hard. Every time I call this place, each customer service representative presents me with different policies for bulk items in my area. Spent an hour trying to figure out with them how many stickers should go on four rolls of carpet! A complete joke!

One of the advanced disposal employees sat outside my house for nearly 30 minutes trying to pick up a dumpster. The whole time he was in reverse or had his lift alarm blaring. It was 7:15am when it started. Absolutely no concern for residents who live nearby.

Ok service but watch out for billing shenanigans. Post pickup MSW charge appeared on the invoice. Best explanation they could offer was Sorry we werent clear when you set up the service

I rented an extra residential trash can for a couple months. Returned it, as we dont need it anymore. 5 months later I got a bill for the 5 months after I returned the trash can. When I called them , the lady representative said they dont have a record that they picked up the trash can that I returned. I said, I called them before I requested for them to pick it up so they should have a record. I ended up to still having to pay for those month. What a rip-off.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. We have been trying to get a copy of our (commercial) service agreement since Sept 2017, and not a single person will call us back. The regular customer service desk claims they can’t help, not even with connecting us with our supposed account representative.Now, this past January, our dumpster was not emptied. (We are every other week pick up. They failed to pick it up twice!) When I called for a measly $40 credit, we were denied because the driver insists he picked it up. Between this blatant LIE, and the fact that we’ve been calling for nearly six months to cancel service due to numerous other reasons is just proof at how terrible this company is managed.I have no other avenues to complain and try to have someone actually speak to us about closing this account. Please, PLEASE, look into a more reputable company before giving these fools your business.

I am so impressed by Advanced Disposal. The drivers are very courteous and make an effort to explain the regulations to me when I put something out that is not allowed. They are careful with my cans and are always friendly.

I give full marks to the people who drive the trucks. They are always friendly and are willing to take a minute to say hello and how are you. For my aging parents, one of them has even taken an extra minute every now and then to bring the recycle can up to our garage so my folks dont have to do so.The only reason I dont give full marks across the board is because the pickup time is not consistent. They often come in the early afternoon, which is just fine by me, but sometimes they show up unexpectedly at 8am. Coming that early is also fine by me, but some of my neighbors dont always get their cans out by then. It would just be nice if the pickup time was more consistent.

I had residential garbage service with this company for a few years. The regular weekly pickups were on time, except whenever I called to put a work order in for a large item. They would give me a date for pick up, I would put my matress (etc.) out on the curb the night before, and it wouldnt be picked up until I called them a second or third time. This month when I received my bill for the next 3 months, I was charged $8 more for a Compliance and Business Impact charge. At this point, I decided it was time to terminate my service because I have other cheaper options. I called to terminate service, and I knew and agreed that I would have to pay for the days of service so far this month. What I didnt agree with was the $18 they wanted for forma 10 days of service because the total bill for 3 months was $89. I asked how that prorated amount was calculated and couldnt get a straight answer from the rep or her supervisor. First I was told the total bill was divided by 92 days plus the $8 compliance charge because that was a fixed rate no matter the days of service. The supervisor, Kristal, called back a week later to tell me I would have to pay $12 because the total bill was divided by 92 and I was being charged for 13 days of service because they cant terminate service in the middle of the week, which she said I had been told before, and was a complete lie because the week before they were just charging me until the 10th. Anyways, this company is a FRAUD. They will keep upcharging you every time you receive a new statement and then they cant even justify their calculations. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. GO WITH ANOTHER GARBAGE PROVIDER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My garbage was just picked up and several pieces of trash blew onto the street. Its windy! The driver got out of the truck and captured the blowing trash before moving on. Never saw a driver do that before. Usually I have to chase it down myself. Kudos!!

Had service for 6 years without problems, now my garbage was picked up only twice out of five consecutive weeks. It was only picked up because I called about it. I got the run around on the other occasions that it will get picked up tomorrow... again my garbage was not picked up. Today I am bringing it to their main office and switching companies.

The guys on the ground are great. But, theres something up with the accounting department. I rent a house. The previous occupant didnt close his account with Advanced before moving. Apparently the occupant before him didnt close his account either. The problem with that is that Advanced seems to accept new accounts at the same address and continues to bill on previous accounts, apparently for 6 months until they became delinquent. So, now there are three accounts at the same address and two of them are suspended, so the drivers have been passing by my address for weeks, leaving the trash. Its not their fault, theyre just doing their job. Ive called about this, and so far the issue hasnt been resolved, the trash remains.Another little thing. Billing is a little weird. I was told that they bill for every two months. I hate paying bills so I tried to pay in advance one time, but still received a bill, this time three months in advance. Also, the amount fluctuates, I dont really know what they charge monthly.

I WOULD BE VERY LEARLY OF THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I would make sure anyone and everyone who has them look at their statements and bills. Automatic pay is a joke. I have called and asked why they have continually charged an additional amount every month and NO ONE can tell me why. Then I pull other bills and noticed more debits they were not authorized to do. Plus NO ONE can tell me why they did this. Very unprofessional and this is credit fraud. Also when you want to call and complain, about anything, everyone will be out of the office, no one has direct phone numbers you only get email addresses. - Thats so convenient!

Pay our bills with this company, the trash is often missed when asked for a credit on your bill for the error, nothing is done, dont bother - look elsewhere.
