A waste of your time.... Ive been trying to get a job through them for months and not even an interview has been conducted. They only pretend to help look for a job and then tell you youre not qualified for a job a trained monkey could do.

I see they deleted my review on the Rochester page. Lets see how long this lasts. Why dont you deal with the real issues Brown 1,2&3? Instead of deleting the truth? First thing you should note is 99% of these google reviews are fake/friends of the staff or owners or even made up emails. They PAID for most of the good reviews. Before they had a 1 star review. Trust me, I worked internally for them. At a corporate level I really liked express. However Peter, Laurie and Ashley Brown are the absolute WORST people I have ever worked for. They have 0 regard for staff and they WAY under pay internal staff. They are discriminatory, rude and only care for themselves and how much money they make. I watched them drive 3 amazing employees out in my very short time with them. They tell the internal staff we were going to fire them anyway after someone quits. And EVERYONE quits. I can go on and on about what this company does and how horrible they treat internal staff and even external. Bottom line If you are in Rochester or Batavia, be cautious if you choose to use/work for Express. (Peter, Laurie, Ashley Brown)

I typically dont utilize staffing agencys, as I have had some pretty awful experiences in the past. Just over a month ago, I was out of work, with zero prospects and my hopeful outlook was very rapidly diminishing. Someone told me they had a very positive experience with express staffing and highly recommended them. I decided to stop in one day, just to see if there may be something to gain, considering there was nothing to lose by checking them out. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. The staff was helpful, personable and beyond pleasant. I was in and out in almost no time at all, and not to mention gainfully employed. I have been at my job for a month, as of last Friday and I couldnt be happier.
