Would not recommend. after starting a policy I could not get a response back. tried to make a claim months ago and still no response. recently had an issue with my prices that I misread. corporate said I have to talk to my agent. this WAS my agency. I still have never received any response. as of today I now have a different insurance company. even lowered my rates by almost 600 dollars per term.

Carolyn is so super professional and honestly hands down the nicest insurance agent Ive ever had. I really appreciate how shes so nice to me and treats me the same way every time I work with her on my policy and payments shes absolutely wonderful and deserves a lot more than just a Google review Im happy to call her my friend and my Instagram agent shes the best thanks for everything you have done and continue to do for me Carolyn
