Every time I have a question or have the opportunity to save some money by researching new providers, Jim, makes the process quick and easy. I have moved out of Batavia but have no problems working with them online.In my latest experience buying a new car, Jim was a champ! Just got off the phone with Margie. Its 7:00 pm and she returned my call. If someone in an insurance agency is working this late Im sure its been a heck of a day but she was very pleasant and made it feel like a personal transaction even though Im just a dealer. Very much appreciated!

Ive had my insurance through hawleys for a few years now. Margie is great. I havent had the opportunity to work with anyone else here but its definitely nice going into the insurance center and not sitting on a phone with an automated service that cant find my account.
