My brand new AC stopped working after about a month and a half. Maxx Heating And Cooling sent someone out right away. Mike figured out the problem and went the extra mile to solve it. My only suggestion would be for the dispatcher to communicate better with the technician. He didn’t receive the message from me that I was 30 minutes away. Other than that, everything went very smoothly.

Service was as expected, seemed competent and complete. The service tech was outstanding. Polite, respectful and personable customer service traits that are becoming less common. Tech spent time answering questions and explaining the system for me. Very pleased with the entire experience. Even the person who answered the phone when we called to make an appointment was exemplary in both her attitude and assistance. Couldnt ask for more.

Mike and Josh provided excellent service. The furnace had failed to work and it was such a pleasure to have found them. They were knowledgeable and took time to explain things and answer my questions. Arrived within an hour of placing the service call. The lady who took my initial call was also very helpful.
