Comfort Care did a great job from the estimate through to the installation of my brand new furnace and AC unit. I live in a condo (3rd floor walk up, with AC unit on the roof and furnace basically in a closet) so I know it wasn’t the easiest of installations. From start to finish, they were prompt, knowledgeable and professional.

My older HVAC system kept failing on me and having electrical system problems. Comfort care installed an entirely new heater and air conditioner that is quieter and more efficient. The work was done quickly and the end result is very much appreciated.

Comfort Care was the second of two Bryant Authorized dealers/service providers I had come by.The first left after two hours and the related bill with nothing fixed.Brian from Comfort Care came by and spent less than two hours, professionally identified the issues, replaced the necessary transformer, kept me informed throughout the process, and left me one very satisfied customer.Competent. Honest.More details if youre curious...I replaced the heater/blower on my furnace about a year ago and probably messed up the wiring. I told both techs that.The first guy didnt seem to approach the problem in the methodical manner as Brian did with Comfort Care.The first guy also seemed to approach the repair more as an opportunity to replace parts, or ideally the furnace itself, vs. identifying what was really wrong and what could be done with what was there.I did get lucky that the wiring mess up didnt blow anything more than the transformer and grateful that Brian didnt take advantage of me and suggest it did.

Greg and Brian did a great job getting our A/C back up running fast. They were there quick to diagnose the problem and repair same day. Definitely will be our go to company and the ones we give as a recommendation

Comfort Care is a locally owned company that offers high quality products, competitive prices and excellent service. When the HVAC system in our new home needed to be replaced, Comfort Care was one of the finrst companies I called for a proposal. They had done the installation and service of the HVAC system in our prior home so I knew the level of service and support I could expect. Michael did an analysis of our townhome, asked about our schedule and temperatures we typically heat and cool our home. He explained the flexibility of Wifi connected thermostats and the filtration options available. We selected products in the Bryant Evolution line. Michael and Brian cleaned the duct work several days before installing the new system. They completed the installation on the date and within the timeframe promised. Before leaving, they reviewed all of the features of our new system and helped me set our the Evolution Connex Controller (Wifi thermostat). To date, we have only used the Evolution variable speed air conditioner. It is quite and evenly cools our home on the hot and humid days we have experienced this summer. I chose to have the controller send service and operation notifications to my phone and to Comfort Care. This week the system sent a high humidity notice. I had a email and follow up call from Comfort Care within hours to discuss the temperature and humidity settings I was using. Revised settings were recommended. Problem solved. This is typical of the service you can expect as Comfort Care customer.

After scheduling our annual furnace maintenance the day before with Comfort Care, the next morning we had no heat in our house at 5AM and the temp was down to 60F. I called Comfort Care and explained to Courtney what I checked and tried and admitted that I would need to see about getting a technician out. A few minutes later after hanging up, Brian from their office called me that they would do their best to get out, but he gave me some suggestions on air intake blockage to check. BINGO! After clearing the air intake pipe, the house was heating again. HUGE thank you to Comfort Care. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We feel that we get good value from the annual maintenance contracts. My outside air conditioner unit I thought went out apparently had a mouse nest and they chewed the wires leaving us without air. This was an emergency call. We were without heat since the night before. I called first thing Monday morning (7:30am) and the service person was at my house in about 2 hours after picking up a part for my call. The service person made sure that everything was done correctly. He explained everything to me and was very patient with me asking questions. The service person did not try to hard sell anything to me. He did not suggest any unnecessary services. I have used this service before and received the same competent service. I will definitely use Comfort Care again and will recommend them.

This was the FIRST call I made where the woman who answered the phone actually asked me questions and helped me to realize that our furnace had accidentally been turned off (who knew they simply had a switch)! Called Comfort Care when another HVAC company could not diagnose why my furnace would work intermittently. Brian found the problem and also discovered the heat exchanger was cracked. Within a day we had a quote to replace the system, and the install of the new furnace went very smoothly. Highly reccommend

Our furnace stopped working. We called Comfort Care. TJ arrived and diagnosed the problem, but he didn’t have all the parts to fix it right away. Their subsequent actions proved to us that they cared about the fact we were without heat. Mike & Brian showed up days earlier than originally promised and, once they arrived, fixed the problem faster than estimated. They left the basement nice and clean. They over-delivered! I would strongly recommend Comfort Care if you need HVAC work.

My furnace had a problem and stopped working right before on a very cold night, called a Heating Co. that I had used for 3+ years. Tech diagnosed the problem but said he would need to order the part.
