The staff is nice but I’ve only been there to see Patrice for a massage and she’s the best I’ve ever been to! My husband is so picky and he absolutely loved her! She’s such an amazing person and she truly cares about her customer, we love her!

I had a appointment today to get my hair cut at 9:30 am! At 9:00am I received 2 text messages which read Hey Terri I had a emergency I can’t do you today I’m so sorry Wedding hair, so I responded back with, When can you do me? I waited all day and there was no response at all! My message was read but no response. I have been a customer for a long time I even went with Christal when she opened up her own shop. Recently I got shingles and I had a previous appointment with her last month and when I went in I told her that I had shingles and I never had to say a word but I did trying to be honest and Christal said she did not want to cut my hair because she had a new grand baby which I understood. I waited until I was completely over the shingles and rescheduled my appointment. I feel that 1) I was only a haircut and she would not make as much money from me which I always tipped her 2) she doesn’t want to cut my hair any more because of the shingles! I would of respected you more if you had just been honest with me. A haircut that would have taken probably 30 minutes! You don’t have to worry anymore I won’t be back and I pray you never have to experience the shingles! No longer your customer! I would have never done you that way!

I’ve been getting my hair done for close to 30 years and this is the worst hair experience I’ve ever had, by far. Kayla is very nice, but doesn’t understand what she is doing at all. I have long smooth straight hair that I specifically said I did not want layers in except the subtle ones I already had in front near my face. She never trimmed the hair around my face AT ALL. The back she dry cut completely with thinning shears only! I asked for a warm brown with subtle blonde highlights and showed a picture. She died my hair almost black with a blonde that overprocessed to white in some areas because she took another client while my color was drying. She said she did the almost black so “it wouldn’t fade like a warm brown”. She never discussed this with me. My scalp has never itched, burned, or hurt like it did after my color that day. The highlights look grown out 3” already the day it was done. They’re not even close to my scalp. I took pictures. It looks like my hair was done months ago instead of freshly. Then to top it all off she left a 1.5” ring of color all over my facial skin I had to wear out to dinner that night. I didn’t know technique could be this bad. It will take 6 months to a year to get my hair back. Thankfully my girlfriend who owns a salon is fixing my hair next week.

Crystal is the owner and she stays booked. Appointment is necessary to get into her as my experience has been. There are other stylists, a nail tech and a masseuse but I cant personally speak to their experience. Shes very talented and has that sweet southern charm. The salon is serendipitous. Do be specific when making an appointment.

Horrible experience I called and scheduled a a haircut on my birthday I went in against my better judgment because the persons attitude on the phone was less than good. I said on the phone that I would like to discuss coloring at the time of the appointment. Every other time I have called another salon and asked for a an appointment for a haircut they would at least do a wash and cut and 90% of the time a style too so that was my expectation for this salon. When I got there I sat down and Valerie started cutting my hair dry while occasionally lightly spraying it with water I assumed that (as I have done in the past that some stylist cut wavy or curly hair dry to see how it falls then they wash and style) so I asked her to cut the split ends and then add layers. She cuts it then takes off the apron and says that will be $18 and then says oh color would be $50 and up! Nothing about what that would include color ideas nothing! I then ask well how much would a wash and style be and she says oh that would be $30. Im in complete shock so I had her the money and then leave. When I get in the car I notice there are still a ton of split ends so I decide to go back in and speak to the owner. She tells me that I should have specified I wanted a wash and a style with my cut. I have NEVER had to specify that to a stylist at a salon before! I then say well she didnt ask me if I wanted that to which the owner says well we dont want to pressure you into something you dont want how about I wanted those services but I wasnt even given the ones I asked for! Please if you choose this salon be VERY specific about what you want and make sure you look closely at your hair before paying and leaving!

Christal and her entire Oasis team are amazing! Im a longtime client (13 years and counting) and I cannot say enough good things about this place and these ladies. Go meet them for all your hair, nail, facial and massage needs!

I went in on short notice. Had only a French braid done as I was going to an outdoor activity. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The woman who did my hair did an awesome job. Will be making future appointments.

This is my hair salon .Shenna and Krystal are great. And they are very professional.Staff have a smile on their faces and if they dont dont take it personal .They are beautician not magician.

Horrible experience i just left there. And my 11 year old got a hair cut and they used tinning shears only I got charged $18. And my 12 year old just trimmed not even 1/2 inch and charged $25.00. Will never walk in there again. Worst experience will never recommend to anyone.

I just moved to Bartow and went this evening and I loved it :-) Sara cut and styled my hair (She did an awesome job) All the girls there are so sweet and friendly. Thanks Girls ill be seein ya real soon.
