If I could give zero stars I would!I was charged $37 for a horrible job.I just paid and walked out. They also need to be careful with the things they say in there own language because someone they think doesn’t understand actually understands every word. If you’ve never been here I don’t recommend you waste your money.

I love their designs and creative ideas but lately they been slippin on they pimpin! The nails come off way more quickly than usual.

Had a great experience. Me and my 6 year old stepdaughter got pedicures and we were both waited on nicely. The staff waz nice and was gentle with her bc shes little. She enjoyed everything about it. And it turned out great we will definatley be coming back at least once a month for a girls day out.

Went to have eyelashes and eyebrows done. After I got home I notice one my lashes got messed up. I went back and they quickly fix it for me. They are very nice professional and the shop was very clean. Will definitely be back🙂

I will never go back to this shop. I came in for eyelash extensions and the nail tech used hair glue to glue the lashes on my eyes. First off I could barely open my eyes because she glued my eye lids together. Secondly the glue irritated my eyes soooo bad I couldn’t even see so I had to take the eye lashes off as soon as I got home. That was the worst mistake I ever mad with $25. Thanks to this shop I ordered some lashes from Amazon and taught myself how to do eyelash extensions.........I only gave 2 stars because the nail tech was friendly lol

Walked in today with my wife. We were quickly attended with no appointment. Super clean. Plexo glass seperated me from the nail tech during our pedicures and manicures. Best part was that the nail tech placed a towel on my wifes lap while he attended to he feet because her dress rode up. Very professional! Definitely will be back!!!

Today, 3/23 I went in for a pedicure. I was told a 15 minute wait; but it turned to a one hour wait. Things happen; wasnt overly concerned. Finally my turn for a pedicure. A very pleasant woman was handling it. Started off fine. But with the plastic scrubber, she used it so hard on the side of my big toe; that she cut the skin. I was bleeding badly.....I have a scrape 1/4 inch wide, 1 1/2 inches long. Very painful! She wanted to continue; I couldnt wait to get out of there!

I wish I could get this place zero stars. The staff here is incredibly rude. I came in for a full set which I’ve been coming here for a year, I proceeded to sign in and waited for half an hour, a young woman came in and they took her immediately for a full set, as I had waited for half an hour. They took the young woman in before me considering they don’t take appointments there is no excuse .The quality of service at this place is extremely lacking, if you live in Bartow I would suggest you go to pretty nails and spa because the prices are lower and the staff is much more negotiable and polite to their customers. It’s a shame to say because I love Hollywood nails and I’ve been going there for a year but they just don’t know how to treat customers properly, especially the owners, the man and his wife, whom sit by the register.

This place is absolutely fantastic!! They took me in for a fill and wax even though it was close to closing time after my usual place wouldnt. So guess what? I believe I will start coming to Hollywood from now on. The people were sweet and the tech....she did a great job!!

The customer service is horrible since theyve changed office managers. Everything is a joke to him. The prices posted is never the price you pay. They laugh at customers and make fun of then. They are more interested in watching movies than doing nails.One tech cut my nails so short I had to have a new set, at my expense.Only reason I gave them one star is because that was the only way I was able to post my message

I was very disappointed. Then when I asked how much to redo, they told me $15. Only $5 off price I paid. Nails and toes different color, 5 to 6 colts of polish, which caused it to be bulky. Polish was on my finger like a child polish them. Manager was not interested and didn’t apologize not once. I will not return

01/12/2019 I hadn’t been here since Jen and her husband left and was very skeptical about my visit but I was way over due for a full set, eye brow wax and pedi so HollyWood is where I landed! The pedi was okay, the girl cut some of my eyebrow off which I addressed and all she did was grin about it. The man that did my nails was rushing, attitudey and rude in my opinion because he was trying to leave early. I even told him how I thought 2 of my nails were crooked and he said you couldn’t tell. Had to come home and file my nails somewhat straight! All they do is sweet talk you to get your money and a “tip” that they don’t deserve, speak they’re language, whisper, talk about you and the others that work there. I say always go with your first mind, I will not be returning. $76 wasted.

Poor service. So ive lived in Bartow all my life and was going here for quite some time but one day, one of the techs messed up my acrylic, it was crooked so i brought attention to it, they said it wasnt when it clearly was, then asked another customer if they thought it was crooked. The customer stated it was indeed crooked. the tech refused to fix it, when I asked to have the nails removed and stated I had to pay for the service even though it wasnt completed and the service itself and customer service was poor. tech then threatened to call the cops on me if I didnt pay for the poor service that was provided, at this point, the acrylic was only on one hand and all of the nails had not been filed. I will never go here again.

Charged 25 dollars just to paint my toes because they used gel polish...i have never in my life been charged that much for gel polish...at most 5 dollars extra...and then messed up the design and wouldnt fix after askin repeatedly! Do not reccomend at alll!!!!

Terrible !!! I wished i saved receipt got gel polish on Thursday last week. Only been 1week exactly. Already chipping. Went back to complain they wanted to recharge me. I askec how long it suppose to last they said 2 weeks. They lie!
