The staff was very polite. They greeted me when I walked in the door. My stylist was very professional. I love my haircut!!!

Went a few months ago and the lady had my fade all kinds of wrong. Took my son today and they did a fantastic job! If you need a kid haircut they do a great job, but if you need a mans haircut, Id suggest a barber.

Was able to get the services I needed without an appt. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Since my first visit, unvaccinated staff are refusing to wear masks. This is dangerous for clients under the age of 12 and those with damaged immune systems. I will no longer patronize businesses that do not put customers safety first.

Love my chocolate brown color with copper and blond highlights!Audra did an awesome job at a fair price.You dont have to have an appointment,but depending on the length and what all you want done,you should call a couple of hours ahead of time to see what all they have going on that day They have been busy lately,just be sure to call first thing in the morning.

I accompanied an elderly family member who wanted a haircut. Audra was wonderful working with her and she gave a great haircut. We appreciated her patience, her expertise and her professionalism. Thank you so much.

Poor attitudes, not very friendly, and awful haircut! Did not cut it as I asked, uneven cut, short on one side, too long in the back and the other side is obviously longer than the other. That person does NOT know how to cut hair. Wont go back ever!! Sorry, my mistake..(Went to a different salon, they agreed, they correctly cut my hair, thank goodness!)

Needs more products for African American hair. Stylist was pleasant and styled well

Ive been getting my haircut here for the past 5 years. Theres been lots of changes and normally there is someone different every time Im in there but they always do a great job and are very polite.

Good price, boys hair was not even.

Arrived at Fantastic Sams to see about getting a permanent. Was told that they cut off chemicals at 3 oclock. It is now 3:20. One other person in the salon and their door says they stay open until 7 oclock; this website says they stay open till 8. I am very disappointed.

Dot cut my sons hair. She used a razor to hit at the back of his hair. I actually watched her. I couldnt believe she actually thought that was how you cut hair. I examined it after she was finished. I told another employee there that she chopped at his hair. She volunteered to fix his hair. I stood and watched her put up his uneven hair as she cut to even it out. His entire cut from Dot was all uneven. I was fuming. I instructed the cashier to not pay Dot but to pay Dee instead. I will also be contacting corporate. People dont cut what you obviously do not have ethics or talent to be cutting etc.

Loved visiting with June; she did a great job. Super friendly folks. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Too short 😭😭😭😭 i wanted an inch off and lost about over 4! It took me a very long time to grow out my hair. Also, my layers are longer on one side than the other.

Terrible place!! 1st time ever coming here, and its nothing like other locations I have been to in MN. I went here with my 6 yr old son, and we both got a hair cut. The lady washed my sons hair and did a great job, while the guy (didnt he even catch his name as he didnt offer it) started cutting on my hair dry, NO SHAMPOO, DIDNT EVEN SPRAY IT DOWN WITH WATER. Who cuts hair dry? I have very long hair with layers and he acted like he was trimming a chia-pet. It states right on the Fantastic Sams website that you always get a comp shampoo but not to even spray it down with water?! Then after he was done, he didnt even bother to sweep up my hair on the floor, takes another client with my hair all over the place, and sat that customer down in the mess , while using the same apron I had used. So God knows when that thing was washed last. Im new to TN, but the laziness I saw today from the guy with long gray hair that cut my hair was unreal.....completely unreal.

I paid 100 for a $5 haircut and dye job that looks like I bought it at the dollar store....very disappointing. Don’t let Peggy touch your hair
