I wouldnt give a single star rating for this place, Google should allow for zero star rating. The man who was attending me was really rude to the point he said I should be thankful that he was working in the cold. Seriously? He should be sent home with that kind of attitude. I had my brand new tire at the back of my vehicle and he refused to mount it on my vehicle with the excuse that it was a bad tire and offered me to buy from what they had. Not an honest place. I went to another place and got my tire mounted. Dont even bother to stop by this place, they will try to get your money or take advantage of you.👎👎👎👎👎

The tire shop in getwell has staff not trained well enough. They missed up my tire while they were changing my rim to another rim and told that was tire was bad. The tire was 6 months old and they also scratch my new rim as well.

These people are absolutely great. They towed my bucket van fixed my brakes system and gave me a great price on tires. They had me up and going the same day. They worked with me on the budget I was on just to make sure I got back home safely. Thanks a million. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Friendly quick and very affordable service. I have been there for all my car repairs best in the area for used tires the same used tire that I got there for 60 bucks mounted and balanced was quoted to me for 150 at gateway tiers, had a alternator installed there parts and labor with life time warranty for 375 other places were all 500 and above. You can build a relationship here for any future needs.

I’ve been going to this shop for a couple of years now and the service and the pricing is excellent. They give you options and are very fast! I live about 40 minutes away and make the drive because I trust them and I know they do great work.

Brought my car in for a noise coming from the right rear an they told me it was a bad wheel bearing. So i bought my own bearings an they charged me 125 to put them on only for the noise to still come from the rear. I ask why is it still making the noise ? They then say you need a new rear axle shaft that will be 557. Then why did i pay 125 for something i didnt need...they also dont communicate well with customers. You have to ask alot of questions an half the time when you call in theres a tennager answering the phone that doesnt know anything...(2 weeks later) tell me why they so call order the shaft. I call to see if the part arrived an the teen says we dont have the part and we never ordered it...woooowwww

If i could have given them a zero i would have. Ted put a fuel tank in my 08 Mercedes ML 350 . We got our car back in a few hours, which was surprising because they said they had to order the fuel pump. A couple of days later on a Friday, i drove my car to MS; halfway there started smelling gas fumes so strong we had to pullover twice. My husband contacted Ted, he said to bring the car back Monday. They claimed Tedwas out sick! We called the entire week and also went up there 3 times, they constantly gave us the run around! I called again friday. The lady said we have to pay for another diagnostic to see where the gas leak is coming from, Because it not coming from anything Ted did. How tf would they know that if they NEVER looked at my car?! We already paid them 720.00 total. BOTTOM LINE DONT GO! THESE PPL ARENT RIGHT.

Stop by the establishment on 4/27/2020 at 5:30...for a diagnostic check for $93 (my vehicle was making a ticking sound whenever in park)5:45 the mechanic tells me it sounds like my catalytic converter , but not able to confirm and states he will need to pull my car apart and confirm the issue and since the shop was about to close , he didnt have time...however $93 was paid for what?Later date..took my car to a my trusted mechanic and the problem was my muffler. Problem solved :)EL Promo, you deserve -1 stars and thanks for nothing

My wife, her sister, and I needed some help removing and replacing a tire when we decided to look up a few local places. For some reason my heart led me to El Primo. That was probably the BEST decision Ive made that day. I called the business and Mike the manager gave us outstanding customer service. I had a difficult time removing the tire and Mike provided great instructions and even offered to come to our location to assist. I asked him to first allow us to try his instructions before coming all the way out to us. Mike was not only willing to accommodate us, he even called us back after about 5-10 minutes just to ensure we were OK. Phenomenal!!! He is a true professional and really takes pride in his chosen profession. Once we got to the shop Mike and his staff greeted us with a smile; which gave us that extra assurance that he really does care about his customers and their needs. There WAS NOT a long wait and the tire was ready and tested for leaks quickly. His price ($$) was the best Ive found thus far in all of Bartlett, Memphis, or Shelby County for that matter. Easy on the wallet or pocket book. After completion, Mike provided us with a large plastic bag to cover the area I was going to place the tire so that it would not dirty the back seat of my vehicle. You cant beat that kind of service. We wholeheartedly give our endorsement of El Primo under the management of Mike and his staff. If you want it done RIGHT...for the right Price...come to MIKE!!!

I usually dont write reviews but I have to let people know about this company. The service was so friendly, professional, and fast. I got my tire patched. The service was done so fast, I couldnt believe it. I was pleased with the pricing as well and I couldnt believe how affordable the service was. Im so glad I took the time to call around,research, and find this repair shop. It was a blessing for me to find them. They were just awesome. The workers were polite to me over the phone and in person. They also didnt mind answering any questions that I had for them. Now thats great customer service!! I recommend this company to any and everyone!! I will be seeing them again soon. Thanks you guys!!! I truly appreciate your great customer service!!

The only reason I came here is because it’s close to my apartment... NEVER AGAIN.They sell rotted used tires. Would not recommend at all.I bought a used tire from the to use on my car which was at the dealership. The next day I went to the dealership to pick up my car and was told that I was sold a rotted tire. And the dealership said that the tire wasn’t even for a car. I had to purchase another tire for them to do the alignment.The same day I returned to this ‘shop’, showed them the tire and told them what happened. All they could say was, “well, it’s a used tire...” They offered to exchange the bad tire they gave me but I already had to purchased another one. They refused to issue me a refund. They are crooks & theirs!

I would give zero if possible. Unfortunately, this business has gotten to be like many other shops. My family and friends have spent thousands of dollars here and knew us personally. We recommended without question...... until today.The brother of the manager flat out still money from my father. We brought the receipt showing the work supposedly that was done. The same issue happened again to my fathers truck that happened a few months ago. I was taking it in for him, and he let me know he just had the same work done. After investigation, the factory parts were still on the truck for part of the work. When questioned, the manager said, its out of warranty. My point..... Only part of the work was done so no warranty was available on work that wasnt done. We had iron clad proof. Truth of the matter, the brother wrote a receipt and never entered in their computer or records (by his own admission). He only did part of the work and pocketed the cash for the difference. We paid in cash. So after refusing to make it right, the smart ass late teen/early 20s brother crook said we needed to go on and leave. So insult to injury. I had to leave before I lost it. We will never return and do everything we can to make it known in the community. Buyer beware.

This place knows how to fix cars i 100 percent recommend this place look no further. They dont haggle you and are really honest. I have recommended to co workers and they also agree they are great.

Great place! Bring cash they get you out faster I swear! It took them about 15 minutes to plug my tire. Cheapest place on town for a plug. Front desk lady is very professional, keeps everything sparkly clean and just a really sweet friendly lady. Thanks el primo.

I got a wheel alignment on my 2009 Toyota Camry here in Friday January 18, 2019, it was pulling to the left. After the work was completed I had to ask for a receipt after I paid for the alignment. I test drove my car on even payment and it was still pulling to the left hard, so I checked the air pressure it home and the tires were over inflated to 45psi, instead of 32 psi. I corrected the over inflated tire pressure, but it did not help an unaligned front end, the vehicle continued to steer left. I arrived back in townon 02/01/2019, they rejected my request twice to realign my front end, asked for a receipt, then supposedly aligned my front wheels by taking off the tires. Upon completion, my car rode rough and the tires were deliberately over inflated again, which would give an inaccurate front end alignment . Stay clear of this place, they are unprofessional, with poor to non work, the dealership is more costly safe bet.

Most honest tire shop in town, best work, most skilled. My miata was bouncing terrible at high speeds. Discount Tire Direct in Bartlett tried to sell me wheels and tires I did not need due to so called bent wheels and showed that bent wheel repairs were more than new wheels and that tires were also damaged . This place rebalaned the wheels the next day and found that they were not balanced by other place and that the wheels were not bent. They caught Dicount Tire direct in a possible lie. This shop fixed my car for $45 vs Discount Tires $900 bill and my car now drives like new with old tires and factory 17 wheels!! I went here to try to get dents fix for reasonable price and was surprised when they told me what was going on . I will take all my cars here going forward! Very, very happy. The customer service was top notch, and they explained every detail.

Beware of this place. They tried to sale me 2 truck tires that clearly couldn’t fit on my car. They will try to sale you anything, even if they don’t have what you need. Oh and they won’t tell you either.

Besides that, they are very slow, they start doing other things and they dont mind putting the customer to wait; Many times we do not have much time to have to meet a schedule at work and this does not matter to them.
