I took my own compressor to replace the one they put in 3 years ago because the lifetime parts warranty they put on my receipt was actually a 1 year lifetime warranty. Every time I called, when they finally picked up the phone, they gave me a different timeframe. They had my car from Monday at 3:30pm to Wednesday at 6pm. Customer service is horrible. Then they tried to change a price that was never discussed. They’re all confused in there. I just asked for my keys back. No thank you.

They fixed all my wiring issues on my ls swap in my 1983 cutlass and also changed my tires everything was great and very professional I will recommend this shop if u want quality work 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 now theyre repairing my oil pressure problems in my Camaro they get 5 stars in my book anyday. VERY COST FRIENDLY

This place should not be in business. My husbands vehicle, which was his late mothers vehicle stopped running. We thought it was the battery. Purchased and installed a new battery and it still wouldnt start. We were told that the PCM had to be replaced. After about a week they were still trying to locate one. Then another week. Then the week after they found on in Little Rock. 6 weeks later our vehicle was returned tonight and I am floored by the condition of the still unrepaired vehicle. Wires hanging out everywhere. Brand new battery gone! Grease marks covering the interior from whoever claimed to have worked on it. Keys jammed in the ignition, cant be removed. Car parts literally shoved under floor mats. And all they can say is I dont know what to tell you. Well, we will start with theft of property and just go from there!

I will NEVER go here again. I had a nail in my tire and decided to stop at this place. The guy that came out was so nonchalant and mumbled his response to each question I asked. I should have left from the start and tried someone a little more professional, but against my better judgment, I let him patch my tire. He scratched and damaged my rim so bad during the process. I had to ask him to please place air back into my tire when he was finished. I had to ask him to return my rim key and when I arrived home, I realized he left one of the lug nuts off. I do not recommend this place.

A few months ago they put me a new tire on for $50 and I thought that was pretty reasonable so I went back when I had a small leak in my tire this week. They claimed they couldnt save the tire and quoted me $130 for a new tire. I was hesitant considering the old price they gave me before. I took it to a shop closer to my home and they patched the tire and charged me $10. So much for not being able to save the tire huh? Crooks!!! They just want to scam you.

They were nice and informative

The experience we had with this tire shop is unprofessional. Failure to answer phone calls, also the service they did on the vehicle was extremely dangerous. Could of caused death or injuries, on the vehicle they perform work on was a F-350 rear tires flew out into incoming traffic. They are not wanting to be responsible for the damages of the vehicle nor the fees we had to spend to repair all the damages.

Everyone has bad days but to come on such a platform and speak lies out of anger and frustration is just so unacceptable. I have a few vehicles.. Granted not everytime they need something i only take them to this shop...but when i do i have always been treated fair and if there ever was an issue...i had my receipt to show what i paid for repairs and they have always worked with me. They are honest hard working people. Its so easy for people to come on here and write all kinds of nonsense...with no proof of what they are saying. People need to grow up. Not everyone will always see eye to eye...but dont go and lie on their name.

They are also known as El PRIMO AUTO!! If i could have given them a zero i would have. Ted put a fuel tank in my 08 Mercedes ML 350 . We got our car back in a few hours, which was surprising because they said they had to order the fuel pump. A couple of days later on a Friday, i drove my car to MS; halfway there started smelling gas fumes so strong we had to pullover twice. My husband contacted Ted, he said to bring the car back Monday. They claimed Tedwas out sick! We called the entire week and also went up there 3 times, they constantly gave us the run around! I called again friday. The lady said we have to pay for another diagnostic to see where the gas leak is coming from, Because it not coming from anything Ted did. How tf would they know that if they NEVER looked at my car?! We already paid them 720.00 total. BOTTOM LINE DONT GO! THESE PPL ARENT RIGHT.

J&CAuto was a great experience for me. Courtesy was huge , turned a bad day into a good one . Fixed my van quickly and did a great job . I definitely will be going back for future repairs.

A very friendly shop, who seem to be very honest. I was treated very well and so was my bmw, this will be my go to shop for sure. Never at all had the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me. John greeted me and was very professional, making sure my issues were satisfied. Great Place!

Would be 4-5 star if they didnt charge me a 5-hour service time for what ended up being a 3-hour job (& I paid cash). None the less, I appreciated the services, but as a woman who maintains her car quite well, I NEVER appreciate male mechanics getting over on me. 1-time service for me. NOTE: all those who say its their favorite shop - Are Males! Truly a shame that our society is so advance, yet still a**-backwards in sex discrimination.

Couldn’t even get past the first conversation. Receptionist was rude and uncooperative. I think I inconvenienced them by asking them to work.

Most honest tire shop in town, best work, most skilled. My miata was bouncing terrible at high speeds. Discount Tire Direct in Bartlett tried to sell me wheels and tires I did not need due to so called bent wheels and showed that bent wheel repairs were more than new wheels and that tires were also damaged . This place rebalaned the wheels the next day and found that they were not balanced by other place and that the wheels were not bent. They caught Dicount Tire direct in a possible lie. This shop fixed my car for $45 vs Discount Tires $900 bill and my car now drives like new with old tires and factory 17 wheels!! I went here to try to get dents fix for reasonable price and was surprised when they told me what was going on . I will take all my cars here going forward! Very, very happy. The customer service was top notch, and they explained every detail. I recommend to a freind, they too had a 5 star experience and said how honest shop is!!

They broke the lug nuts on both my front two tires and refuse to fix it. They werent even going to say anything to me about it and let me drive away with them broken. Told me there was nothing they could do even though it was undriveable and i just spent 93$ cash. Then i called the manager inside on the phone number after they told me nobody was there. The manager came and now he is looking for the parrts to fix it but we will see if it happens.
