If you need vacuum possible repair or replacement, PLEASE seek the advice of Robert at this store location. He is a VERY caring (treats customers as family and truly lives TRUE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE) and experienced gentlemen that knows the particulars about each vacuum manufacturer. We have meile canister vacuum that the floor motor attachments arm attachment would not move anymore and engage the power to the attachment. Robert informed us about meile manufactures every single part for every vacuum, so its quality.Even though he is semi retired and only works on Tuesdays and Thursdays; its worth the wait. I met Robert on a Tuesday late in the afternoon, and he said he would take a look at it on Thursday. He took our attachment apart to do a fair and proper assessment and found the parts would cost more than buying another attachment. He had to get approval from his boss to be able to sell a floor model attachment or check with the other Memphis location for the same. After his diligent search in the store, he did find another attachment in a box never used at this location. We expected to be without a vacuum for a good while and even Robert offered if time was too long he would find a way for us to borrow a loaner vacuum until ours was back fully operational. Robert is so kind, hard working, honest and is such a blessing to this store owners team at this location! Thank you, ROBERT and dont work too hard so you keep enjoying your grandchildren :-)

I have used oreck for many years never had a problem they have great vacuum cleaners.
