My Viking fridge wasnt cooling. I called the authorized Viking appliance company in this area and their tech came out to see what the problem was. After looking at it, he said no freon and $3,000 to fix it.So I called A Plus Appliance for a second opinion. Glenn came out, on time, and called me 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. Very professional, knowledgeable and he got right to it. After replacing the defrost timer which certainly needed to be done, he diagnosed low freon (not no freon), charged it up and put it all back together for $250.I cant heap enough praise on A Plus Appliance and Glenn Brooks (the service technician). I would recommend anyone to use this combination if you have appliance repair needs.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Called them and they had a washing machine part I needed, a bit more cost than online but it was worth it to get it sooner, so we headed from Olive Branch to Bartlett. When we realized we might be a few minutes late getting there before they closed we called them and let them know and offered to pay for the hose via CC over the phone and even told them they could just leave it outside. They refused. We arrived at exactly 12:02 (they closed 12:00) while they were locking the door and instead of helping us spent the next 5 minutes giving my wife a lecture on how “we” were being unfair and disrespectful. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. We called another shop in Senatobia, MS that was extremely helpful and they were happy to wait until we were got there, which was about 15 minutes after they closed. Such a difference when you deal with good people that actually want to help you. A Plus should rename themselves to F Plus.

The diagnosis was completed fast and the trip charge was waived. I will use them again.

My dryer wouldn’t heat and after calling another place in town and being placed on hold for over 10 minutes I called A Plus Appliance. They told me to bring my heating element in and they would run a diagnostic test on it. I brought it in and they extremely friendly, helpful and honest. They had the parts I needed that day and we’re willing to work to give me a good price! I would definitely recommend them if you’re having issues with an appliance!

All my bulbs in my refrigerator went out. I bought a bulb from them to see if it was the a bad sensor or maybe a power surge blew the bulbs. The bulb didnt resolve the issue, so I made a service appointment. It was a long wait for them to come out, but was worth the wait. It turns out it wasnt the sensor, the manufacturer had the wrong bulb listed as being compatible. The technician went quickly to get the correct bulbs. He cleaned the bottom of the fridge showing me how to do it using a wire brush, they sale at their store. He told me what was causing an issue with my freezer and how to remedy it myself. They are very honest, helpful, & a great value for the service I received. They will be who I will use and recommend to all of my family & friends in need of appliance repairs in the future.

I have used this company in the past for parts on my appliances that I was repairing myself and they were very helpful. This week we used them to come to our house and repair our dryer. Their technician, Gerald, arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed our issue quickly, gave us a repair price before repairing the dryer and then repaired it quickly. He also cleaned the dryer out on the inside but also cleaned the laundry room floor where dust and lint went everywhere while he was working on it. He was very nice and went above and beyond. We would certainly use them again if the need should arise.

I have used A Plus Appliance Repair for years. They are the onlyappliance repair company I will use! A couple of weeks ago, I noticedwater spewing from my under the counter ice machine. Water wasall over my wood floor and spraying my cabinets. I called A Plus Appliance Repair. They were great! Chris came out and found theproblem and repaired it. He was so nice and explained what hadhappened and even walked me through the cleaning process of theice machine. I have always been treated nicely by A Plus Appliance Repair! Highly recommend A Plus! Friendly, honest, excellent customer service. They came out a day earlier than scheduled because they had a cancellation (which was awesome because our refrigerator was completely nonfunctional). Our technician, Gerald, was quick but thorough, professional, and friendly. He was very upfront that we were better off replacing the fridge and did not try to charge us a bunch of money to fix it. We were only charged a very reasonable service fee. Really appreciate a local company that does business like this. We will definitely use A Plus again in the future!

I spoke with Lyle about my washer. He was honest and very helpful. He gave me a rough estimate of the repair cost after a bearing went out, having not seen it yet, and straight up told me it was probably not worth repairing. He gave me expert advice even without a service call. He will definitely be my go-to guy for future repairs.

We had an issue with the refrigerator dumping water in the main compartment and ice maker not making ice. Cory made the diagnosis and repair. He was friendly, respectful and efficient in his work. He called a day or so later saying that there was a part that he wasnt happy with. He discussed with the owner and was okd to ordered it. I was told they would replace it at no additional cost to me. Cory came back and installed it. Then called a couple days later to make sure everything was good. I appreciate the fix, the service and the follow-thru. Outstanding customer service. Hats off to A Plus and Cory for going that extra step to make sure the work was done right.

My refrigerator started leaking water and I called A Plus and because they had just had a cancellation, they were able to get out within the hour. Cory, the technician, was very professional and diagnosed the problem right away. He completed the job very quickly and I was very surprised at how reasonable the final bill was. They are now at the top of my list to call when I have any problems with any of my appliances.

Incredible service! I drove there at 8:30am rather than call. They took the information down about my dryer situation (no longer heating). They said they come come now if the time was good for me.
