Aaron and Michael were so professional and extremely helpful during A notary we needed to overnight ! They made sure our papers were signed fast and easy! And was such a great experience doing our paperwork !! I highly recommend going to this ups store and working with Aaron and Michael 10/10 !!!

Awesome staff...friendly and helpful! The worker named Cory personally ROCKS!!! :) They are more than happy to check what has come into your box when you call saving you tons of time to not have to stop by if you dont need whats there at the time. Never had an issue there and the price for my large box is reasonable. Recommended location!

This is one place I actually look forward to going in.I usually go once every two weeks or so in the afternoon. It’s usually just to drop a package off that I’m returning from Amazon or Zappos.Sometimes for something more complicated. Each and every time the young people working here are polite and very helpful. They do their jobs very professionally and with efficiency. They are naturally friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. I can recommend this UPS location 100% .

Very bad experiences in this location.The store manager is a lady with glasses, her age is around 50 years old. I help my customers to ship some packages almost every month. My customers run small business and each time they purchased shipping boxes from Lows or Home Depot to save some money. The issue is I need get pouches for the labels from the UPS store. I asked the store manager for some extra pouches every time for future using, shes no happy to give a few of them to me at the very first two or three times. However, recently she didnt give even single one to me. She let me to order the supplies by myself. I said I just help my customers to ship the package and I dont have my own account in UPS, and she didnt care.Shes very mean and very bad attitude to customer!I will call UPS customer service to complain her for sure.

I tried to come here to ship a variety of packages that needed to go out from my website sales. It was closed in Saturday at 3:15pm when their door sign and website clearly say 4:30pm is their closing time.

Corey was very helpful when I needed to order new business cards last minute for an event. Very polite, will definitely come here again :)

The UPS Store in Barrington is an extension of my business. I work from home with clients in the USA and Canada. My shipping needs can get complicated, as I ship samples internationally. I had a particularly important sample, sent to Italy, which got hung up in customs. Corey made multiple phone calls to US Customs and the Italian UPS representative, preventing the sample from being sent back to Barrington. She was very persistent in getting the material cleared and ultimately to the customer. Thank you Corey and the UPS Store of Barrington! You simplified a tricky tariff issue through effective communication with foreign entities and ultimately with me.

Corey is a excellent manager and the sweetest person you want to meet, If anyones going to help you with shipping its her, I HIGHLY recommend using her services.

I had a package shipped here because it had to be signed for. I arrive to pick up my package and Im told I have to pay $5. They charge you $5 if you dont have a box there just to use there address. I have never encountered this at any other UPS location or with FedEx. I will not be doing any more business at this location and intend to let UPS know of this outrageous policy.

If you change your address from this box, they will charge your credit card to forward itthey will not refund any payment - for example - i stopped mail and they will not refund any portion of 6 month paymentthe US post office will not change your address from 18 Maple ave they will not forward mailcost of small box is double what post office charges.. has gone up considerablydo not consider getting a box here
